ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.
Our sister station, FOX 35 in Orlando, has spoken to that witness.
What Sanford Police investigators have in the folder, they put together on the killing of Trayvon Martin few know about.
The file now sits in the hands of the state attorney. Now that file is just weeks away from being opened to a grand jury.
It shows more now about why police believed that night that George Zimmerman shouldn't have gone to jail.

Seems clear to me that Martin was nothing but a run-of-the-mill gang-banger wannabe street thug who was indeed up to no good when Zimmerman encountered him.

Not likely. More likely: Have the MSM only report the message the regime wants. Use the Sharptons of the world whip up the mob and demand "justice." Define Zimmerman as White. Investigate and discredit the witness. Use the DOJ to investigate and shape the charges and evidence. Convict Zimmerman on civil rights charges if the locals don't tow the line. It no longer matters what the facts turn out to be. This is now about redressing alleged racial wrongs and further dividing Americans.

I hope so if it was a justified shooting, though I can’t imagine what all of those demonstrators milling about will do if that turns out to be the case. Oh wait, I know what they’ll do...
Didn't you know, the castle doctrine, stand your ground, and even concealed carry are all “license” to kill “Da good boy just turning his life around”.
I sure hope the police took pictures of Zimmerman’s facial injuries. That may be the only firm evidence of the attack by Martin and the only thing that saves him from the mob mentality that is rapidly growing - fueled by the race baiters.

His neighborhood was only 49% white.
As you note - he would have been running into blacks very time he went around checking on his neighborhood.
What was different in the “Why here - why now” question? Since Zimmerman was the same person, and it was the same neighborhood - it must be TM was the difference.
Already reported days ago. It takes the MSM that long to catch up then they have the nerve to claim they “uncovered” it (In most cases).

The press suppressed the fact that Zimmerman isn't racially white, and it suppressed the evidence that Zimmerman was in retreat when Trayvon started a physically violent confrontation.

Does the witness say that he saw Martin on top of Zimmerman?
If it is the first then case closed.
If it is the second then we still don't know how the fight started.
I've seen plenty of fights go badly for the guy who started it. I'm sure most freepers have also seen some guy start a fight then get his ass kicked.
