"Here’s a profile of Martin you won’t get from the media....and this mostly from his own entries on the net....photos show..."

Caww this post of yours is pretty shocking...and very detailed. You will NEVER hear HALF of this mentioned in the news.

This post is something everyone should take a look at. .before it goes poof.

Thanks for posting it and BUMP.

Much of the info you poste and more is on these sites, not likely to get scrubbed, many photos and twitter stuff. Just for the record.

These two have been all over the place with their story. They didn’t see anything. It’s changed many times. They said it was Trayvon screaming for help and not Zimmerman

My question , was What law gives zimmerman the right to violate the kids civil right. Your post in 523 is made up by you. Since I never posted a word of that crap.

Isn’t your shift about over? You never did answer my question about how much you’re getting paid.

He knows no such right exists which protects a person from approach by strangers, nor of the act of observation by strangers. It’s been stated on this forum many times in the last few days.

Indeed. That’s why I’m not the only one that has inquired about how much he gets paid for his agitprop.

Isn’t a 911 call or police statement, *official*, and lying in either a felony? I thought that I read that here. Someone on one of the Zimmerman-Martin threads claimed it was. Just asking.

I have to say though, there have been a few Freepers here that have really surprised me over this issue...

-- And, indeed, they must find beyond a reasonable doubt that he did not or could not have, within the scope of the event, [reasonably] apprehend such a risk. --

See What is Florida's 'Stand Your Ground' law? - Beth Karas (HLNtv). It's a simple description of the possible branches of the state case.

The burden and standard of review vary, depending on the stage of the proceeding.

Not saying you are incorrect, you aren't. Just figured you and/or others might be interested.

If you cut the eye holes in your sheet a little bigger, maybe you will be able to determine who posted what, that is if you can read.

“Stop making stupid statements.”

LOL. You first, troll. You still haven’t answered the question about how much you’re being paid. Where’s a Viking Kitty when you need one....

Multiple addresses too complicated for you to follow? Or did the pronouns confuse you. Whichever it was, it's consistent with your confused state of mind, and a rather childish one at that considering your allusion to the KKK.

Know this my friend, someday we will all stand before God, and at least with this specific issue, I know I will not hang my head in shame...

The fact remains that most, if not all of the crime wave in the neighborhood was being committed by Blacks and Zimmerman did nothing wrong. He was justified in talking to the young man, and the young man responded by beating Zimmerman’s face in.

People use concealed carry for the purpose of defending themselves. It is legal in Florida.

Heck, maybe Zimmerman was just following Obama’s advice, “if they bring a knife, we bring, gun.” Remember, the attacker was much bigger, stronger and quicker than Zimmerman and he was sitting on him, beating his face in.

Your second link, questioning if Martin delt drugs, says it’s no longer available. Much of this is going to get scrubbed I’m afraid. There are those who do not want anything said or seen of Martin other than what the media is attempting to protray him as.

On Martin’s 10 day suspension....no doubt something more serious than what’s being shown...in addition the fact they shipped him out afterwards does raise questions.

No. Official proceedings are testimonial. Under Florida law it is defined as: (1) "Official proceeding" means a proceeding heard, or which may be or is required to be heard, before any legislative, judicial, administrative, or other governmental agency or official authorized to take evidence under oath Emphasis on the oath part is mine. There are other laws dealing with lying to cops which is illegal. Those are misdemeanors unless it is a capital offense. Perjury under oath is a felony.

837.055 False information to law enforcement during investigation.

837.05 False reports to law enforcement authorities.
Both Misdemeanors.

Sorry. Try again. Part of the definition was cut off.

(1) "Official proceeding" means a proceeding heard, or which may be or is required to be heard, before any legislative, judicial, administrative, or other governmental agency or official authorized to take evidence under oath, including any referee, general or special magistrate, administrative law judge, hearing officer, hearing examiner, commissioner, notary, or other person taking testimony or a deposition in connection with any such proceeding.

Thanks for clearing that up. I’ll let the posters who claimed it was a felony, know, DM.
