When I was young our whole family would get together every Sunday evening to watch “The Wonderful World of Disney” and “Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom”. It seems that Jaques Cousteau was featured on the later a number of times.

Mine too but I think the Jacques Cousteau specials were not part of Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom but might have been on the same network. None the less, they were very enjoyable and quite educational.

Now days TV, even most cable channels are cluttered with so called “reality” shows, most of which represent any sort of reality and have very little educational value.
