SEOUL, South Korea — At the tail end of his 90 minute meeting with Russian President Dmitri Medvedev Monday, President Obama said that he would have “more flexibility” to deal with controversial issues such as missile defense, but incoming Russian President Vladimir Putin needs to give him “space.”
The exchange was picked up by microphones as reporters were let into the room for remarks by the two leaders.
The exchange:
President Obama: On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space.
President Medvedev: Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you…
President Obama: This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.
President Medvedev: I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir.

Obama patting Medvedev on the arm as he lets the Russians know that he will be giving them some concessions is one of the most disgusting and disturbing things I have ever seen a President do in public. If this doesn't sink Obama, nothing will. An absolute disgrace.

Either they don't have it or they are trying to remove the context of Obama's remarks, i.e., missile defense.
Why should he worry about missile defense? He already said the North Koreans can’t build reliable weapons.
As long as when these unreliable weapons come blasting across the country from North Korea, they bypass the rest of the country and head straight for DC, I’m fine with that!

Perhaps the only explanation is that Obama doesn't even want to say it in private in front of his own WH staff. Is he trying to strike a deal on his own without the knowledge of the State Department, DOD, and our intelligence agencies? What a dangerous fool. Moreover, in any negotiation, you don't signal concessions to your opponent at the outset. Very odd and disturbing.

And remember: this civil war will be a lot more like the Irish Republican Army vs. Britain than the North vs. South. There aren't that many geographical boundaries like our first Civil War. It will be neighborhood vs. neighborhood.
I don’t think that doable, after so much of “their groundwork and infrastructure for fraud” has been laid over the years. We’ll have to do it too, and beat them at it, is my guess, but that’s an unpleasant and dishonest thought/action, isn’t it?

I just related this exchange to a voter registered as an Independent, and he didn’t want to know, turned and left the room. I think this incident will impact conservatives but I bet most people are already actively editing out anything related to Obama or other stressful political stuff they hear.
