Zimmerman and HOW MANY EYE WITNESSES?

There's JOHN, and he missed the killing shot! There's a 13 year old, and if she's to be believed she saw ONLY Zimmerman pulling his gun, not Martin ~ which raises a huge question about where Martin was and what was he doing when Zimmerman pulled his gun.

I"m sure a tricky analyst might construe that all sorts of ways.

BTW, the original stories have folks saying they witnessed things AFTER the gunshot. By that time Martin was dead. Only John and the 13 year old are identified as witnessing anything just before the shot.

One paper says he was late for school - someone else says he hit a bus driver.

He was late for school because he got in a fight with the bus driver because he was smoking pot on the bus.

I wonder how long before the “empty bag of weed” becomes several dime bags.

Because he isn’t 13? He is 17.

It must be frustrating to have to reconfigure your defense every time new evidence comes out.

The police report says he had pulled out his phone to call the pd again after Martin confronted him. Perhaps that is what the 13 year old saw.

Plus a broken nose and injury to the back of the head. Yeah, I’d say someone who saw Martin on top beating Zimmerman, and Zimmerman yelling for help is a significant witness.

My point however was, if no one on Zimmerman’s “side” who saw any of this is to be believed, why would I immediately believe the father’s description of the disciplinary incident?

I wasn’t there for any of this, my main objection is to it being a national incident.

Only Zimmerman's apologists have to reconfigure their defense. I"m sticking to the original story ~ Zimmerman follows Martin. Zimmerman shoots Martin.

That explains what Zimmerman was doing and how Martin ended up dead.

The rest is relevant if and only if it fits into that sequence.

Are you now telling me that Martin followed Zimmerman and Martin shot Zimmerman?

Not to be sarcastic but we've had folks on FR threads arguing that Martin tracked down Zimmerman and beat his head into the sidewalk.

A broken nose is not an uncommon injury if you get into a fight. What is the relevance of a broken nose to our knowledge that ZImmerman followed Martin, and then shot Martin.

That may be but I was addressing that I had read postings from him on twitter and FB that he had been suspended from assaulting the school bus driver....

Absolutely no problemo! The news media will do it for you.

In case you don’t know this, following someone is not a crime and certainly does not justify the person being followed launching a physical atatck.

And you want to know what a broken nose has to do with a person’s claim they were attacked? Because a broken nose is a “common injury”?

Ive watched many a prize fight in which no one’s nose is broken, and I’ve been in fights without breaking or getting one broken.

I’d say a broken nose in a fight is not common.

Zimmerman lost sight of Martin and was returning to his truck when he was attacked by Martin.
This 911 call is Zimmerman screaming for help and fighting for his life. Everyone knows this is Zimmerman screaming and not Martin!
To prevent death or grave bodily injury anyone can use deadly force.
Zimmerman will not be charged because the facts don’t support charging him.
Why is the news media still, still, still showing pictures of cute little 12 year old Trayvon when at the time of death he was 17?
Oh yea, turns out he was suspended from school for smoking dope!
This whole affair is a load of horse dung!

Listen to this genius, listen to a man fighting for his life, fighting for possession of the weapon.

I wonder how long before the “empty bag of weed” becomes several dime bags.

I consider all the 'reports' to be junk.

The real issue is that Trayvon could have identified himself and that he lived in the neighborhood, or called the police if he was so worried about his Skittles.

He had options. Instead he chose to jump Mr. Zimmerman from behind and proceeded to beat him mercilessly.

LOL good one, UCANSEE2. The MSM report will say he enjoys interacting with the bus driver while spreading joy on the bus - alas, his love of life made him late for class...

I would guess you haven't seen many bar fights. Movies sort of cover up the fact that blood and teeth actually fly, when people go at it bare knuckles style.
