Total BS.

Really how so?

What’s your point?

The photo came from his My Space account. Are you an ignorant moron?

or are you saying that those other old photos that the media used are also "total BS"?

Attack someone and you just might get shot. It should be clear now for those who have bad intentions.
And life-threatening attacks can come in many forms. You don't need a "weapon" to kill someone if you're slamming their head against the pavement.

Or, rather, the pavement itself becomes the weapon.

A fist fight you are losing does not give you the grounds to kill someone with a firearm. Unless Martin was bringing deadly force to Zimmerman by using a weapon or knife or pipe or something like that, Zimmerman was not justified in using a firearm to kill this kid

And no amount of puffery by sad sacks like you Zimmerman supporters can change that definition of the law

Zimmerman was losing a fight. He responded to the a$$ whipping he was getting by shooting the person who was getting the best of him. Case closed

And from the police videos there is no visual evidence of this "broken nose" Zimmerman and his supporters are claiming.

But there IS evidence. Just because you haven't seen it, what makes you believe there isn't?

Why haven't the medical reports concerning the so called treatment Zimmerman received on the night of the killing been made public?

Why haven't any of your medical records been made public?

And why have the autopsy reports on Martin been sealed?

Highly irregular on both accounts

What is so "highly irregular" about it?

You weren’t there, goofball. Guess what, if you were to jump me, I would shoot you. Teachable moment.

Zimmerman was losing a fight.
It wasn't a fight, blockhead.

It wasn't 2 guys in a bar arguing over a girl or a football team.

IF it went down as Zimmerman said (and if he's lying, I don't know that and neither do you), THEN what he did was justified.

That's all I'm saying.

IF he ended up on the ground with a huge man on top of him, with said huge man pounding his head into the pavement, THEN he was justified in shooting.

Period.

He could be lying. If he is, then all bets are off.

But as of now, all we have is what we have, and that is that witnesses seem to have corroborated what Zimmerman said happened and what he said happened is he got sucker-punched (that's NOT a fight, asshole) and then jumped, and then proceeded to get his head slammed repeatedly against the pavement.

That. Is. Not. A. Fight. Asshole.

Zimmerman responded to a physical altercation of fists and blows with DEADLY FORCE.

That's right, he had every right to defend himself from his attacker!

If Zimmerman was suffering such a "life threatening" attack then why did the lead homicide investigator recommend filing manslaughter charges against Zimmerman after reviewing the evidence?

Explain that. And if you think I am lying then just follow these links I am providing below

And there are plenty of links to this story saying that Chris Serino the lead homicide investigator on the case for the Sanford police department wanted to file

Now are you starting to feel like a fool for your continued support of Zimmerman?

I don’t have to explain anything.

My words stand on their face value.

IF it went down as Zimmerman said, THEN he was justified in shooting.

Period.

That’s what I’m saying and that’s what I’ve been saying.

No matter what the initial detective WANTED to do or didn’t want to do (there are always disagreements between police officers and the police and the DA over evidence and courses of action, no?) the fact is that when they interviewed WITNESSES it seems that the witnesses corroborated Zimmerman’s account.

You want to concoct some conspiracy theory.

All I want to do is keep it simple, stupid:

IF it went down the way Zimmerman said it did, THEN he had the right to shoot.

Period.

It must be getting harder and harder to support this wanna-be cop in this killing of an unarmed person when stories like this are starting to surface

That link to a “news” story in post #222 has, at the top of the story, a picture of a 14 year old Trayvon. The boyish picture that the leftist smear machine is out peddling to the world.

I saw that picture, I clicked away from the article.

I know propaganda when I see it.

I don’t have to explain anything.

That's because you cannot.

Go read the stories of how the lead homicide investigator wanted to arrest and file on Zimmerman and the arrest warrant was "suppressed" somewhere along the way. Lets hear you comment on these developments.

Lets hear you talk about how Martin deserved to die in light of what the Sanford police thought after investigating the killing.

The Florida Statute 776.032 expressly prohibits police from arresting someone who had a reasonable fear of imminent death or great bodily harm.

I don’t have to explain anything because I don’t want to step into the conspiracy theory inside your own sick and addled brain.

I want to stick with the facts.

I know propaganda when I see it.

Is this "propaganda"? Or are you afraid of facing the truth about your hero Zimmerman?

Detective WANTED to arrest Zimmerman after Trayvon's death but prosecutors said there was not enough evidence 'He should have been charged with manslaughter,' says Chris Serino But state attorney overruled him, saying there not enough evidence

Not enough evidence or an example of Zimmerman's daddy calling in favors?

Look, if it turns out there was a coverup of some kind, I’m all in favor of laws being enforced.

If Zimmerman stalked Martin and shot him for no reason, he deserves to be punished to the full extent of the law.

But there is no evidence of that. All you have is innuendo and hearsay and all the evidence of COVERUP seems to be evidence of the media itself covering up any semblance of the truth.
