Democratic lawmakers blast police in teen killing

"Mr Zimmerman should be arrested immediately for his own safety," Wilson said at a forum convened mostly by black Democratic lawmakers to hear testimony from civil rights activists and legal experts on racial profiling and hate crimes.

Why bother posting another al-reuters junk article about this insanity? Because the comments are enlightening. Anyone who has hung out around Yahoo news knows the comments are usually dominated by leftists. Well, not so much here. Which is probably why Yahoo shut down comments a few minutes ago...

“Arrested for his own safety” the man says. Wow! We’re not a constitutional republic anymore. I don’t know what we are, but it’s nothing that the founding fathers would recognize.

So are these black democratic law makers saying Zimmerman should be locked up for his own safety...to protect him from black people who would do him harm?

Or are they saying we should lock people up in this country because we believe people are guilty, no matter what the law says and determines?

Zimmerman didn’t even know for with certainty, when he first started following Trayvon and called in, that he was black.

11 dispatcher:

OK, is he White, Black, or Hispanic?

Zimmerman:

He looks black.

911 dispatcher:

Did you see what he was wearing?

Zimmerman:

Yeah, a dark hoodie like a gray hoodie. He wore jeans or sweat pants and white tennis shoes. He’s here now … he’s just staring. [00:42]

911 dispatcher:

He’s just walking around the area, the houses? OK.

Zimmerman:

Now he’s staring at me. [00:48]

911 dispatcher:

OK, you said that’s 1111 Retreat View or 111?

Zimmerman:

That’s the clubhouse.

911 dispatcher:

He’s near the clubhouse now?

Zimmerman:

Yeah, now he’s coming toward me. He’s got his hands in his waist band.

And he’s a black male.[1:03]

911 dispatcher:

How old would you say he is?

Zimmerman:

He’s got something on his shirt. About like his late teens.

911 dispatcher:

Late teens?

Zimmerman:

Uh, huh.

Something’s wrong with him. Yep, he’s coming to check me out.

He’s got something in his hands. I don’t know what his deal is. [01:20]

Democrats encourage hispanic lawlessness via voter fraud, have allowed guns to drug cartels and allowed money laundering for drug cartels, authorized the release of convicted hispanic illegal alien felons back on the streets of America, and have supported sanctuary cities. But let just one hispanic use a firearm to ward off a vicious attack by a little thug and they get their panties in a national wad. Ptuh!

“Arrested for his own safety”

If someone said the same thing about certain politicians you can be sure that the person would be contacted by Federal Agents in a millisecond. Such mighty men who now rule us. We should be grateful for their leadership and wisdom.

Amazing, isn’t it? If this is how we do things, then by all means—lock Casey Anthony up. For her safety, of course.

Mr Zimmerman should be arrested immediately for his own safety

They just want him arrested for any reason, for no reason, just plain arrested because he's guilty of something. They can't legally say exactly what, but they have all the posters printed, hoodies silked, and chicken fried, and this is just to good a 'justice' thing to let die.

You know what...there is entirely too much profiling going on. There are too many racist white folk in this country. We had better lock up all the black youth for their safety!

Democratic lawmakers are a bunch of jack-azzes!

This was neither profiling or a hate crime. This was two people struggling for a gun that went off. That is all!

Blacks,...I mean African-Americans, ....I mean No Limit Niggas are so hysterically funny when they are engaged in fake outrage at something they KNOW is a lie, but they have to keep it going to save face. If you think this is bad just wait until muslim-in-your-streets violence gets going. Whites, Christians and Jews had better wake up soon or they will be EXTERMINATED!

Democratic lawmakers blast police in teen killing

Now it comes out that police wanted to charge Zimmerman with manslaughter because they didn't believe his story but a state prosecutor told them not to because he thought they lacked enough evidence to get a conviction. And the state wouldn't want its track record to look bad by not getting a conviction, right? Has anyone looked to see who the prosecutor was? Maybe he was a registered Democrat like Zimmerman.

My local paper allows online comments too. They were posting a massive amount of Trayvon articles, and encouraging comments. Most threads got very heated, with nasty comments that would have never been allowed here. The moderators let it continue. There are nasty words for every race that I never heard before.

Then suddenly, a few days ago, when the facts started to come out and people started posting the facts in their comments, the comments started to get removed, then whole threads were locked with a remark by the editor that it was because terms of use were being violated. The racist remarks and four letter words had no effect, but posting the 911 calls, Trayvon’s Twitter page, statements by witnesses, etc seemed to be a violation of the TOS.

Now they aren’t posting any Trayvon articles. And they’re locking threads about local crimes, because the discussions keep turning toward the Trayvon nonsense. Public opinion is starting to turn toward the truth, and our local paper doesn’t want to let that happen.

So....an Hispanic American kills a ‘Brother’, who was bashing Hispanic/German American Zimmermans head against the sidewalk( and ultimately broke Zimmermans nose), dies when the shooter manages to pull his licensed pistol which the (soon to be)dead guy was trying to take from him. it goes off killing the hoodie wearing, pants on the ground, thug....and the media pulls out pictures of the dead ‘brother’ from 10 years earlier like he was a sweet baby. and Sharpton and the left make THIS a cause celeb to ban guns?

EFFF U Al, Holder, and FUBO and your media lackeys too....

What is your interpretation of this part of the call?

911 dispatcher:

OK, do you just want to meet with them at the mailboxes then? [3:42]

Zimmerman:

Yeah, that’s fine. [3:43]

911 dispatcher:

Alright, George, I’ll let them know you’ll meet them at …

Zimmerman:

Could you have them call me and I’ll tell them where I’m at? [3:49]

I find it very odd that at 3:43 Zimmerman says he’ll meet them by the mailboxes. (Yeah, that’s fine.)

Then at 3:49 he asks them to call him so he can give them his location. (Could you have them call me and I’ll tell them where I’m at.)

In August 2011 Fredrica Wilson said that “The real enemy is the Tea party”. I called her office and shared my opinion. I just called her office in DC (202) 225-4506 and let her aid know what I thought about her comment that “Zimmerman should be arrested for his own safety”. We have to let them know that their outrageous comments are not going unnoticed.

... Trayvon’s Twitter page ...

You do know that teenagers post lines from songs on their twitter and FB pages, don't you? Last night on another threat a poster was ranting about Trayvon's 'hate crime' tweets. They were words from songs. Trayvon liked rap music, I didn't know that was a crime ... yet.

F*ck these haters I’ll kill ‘em all if I could!
"F*ck these haters / I'd kill 'em all if I could / Ain't scared of none of y'all, so you know my aim's good / Blowin Bin Laden, yeah my Porsche 9/11 / Just left Ground Zero on my way to kush heaven." by Jeezy

puss ass crackas
"Puss ass cracker give a nigga a hundred years / Have ya mama leavin' out the courtroom in tears / Crackers don't love to have a nigga breathin' for real / Take a nigga life from him they don't know how it feel." by Lil Boosie

BOB MARLEY, Y U NO SHOOT THE DEPUTY?
Since it peaked to Bilboard's #1 song in 1974, I thought everyone knew Bob Marley's song "I shot the sheriff / but I didn't shoot no deputy". Even Eric Clapton did a version of it.

Zimmerman first agreed to meet the officers by the mailboxes. Then he said they should call him, he'd let them know where he was.

I find it odd because it indicates to me that Zimmerman did not intend to return to his vehicle which was parked on the street near the mailboxes.

We'll see what the experts think after they listen to the tape. The lead investigator that night did not believe Zimmerman's story and recommended that manslaughter charges be filed.

It indicates to me Zimmerman did not know how long it would take police officers to arrive.

He had a wife and kids at home and had noticed a suspicious person on the way to the grocery store.

Zimmerman could wait at the mailboxes for a short time but he needed to get home because the wife worked nights and somebody had to watch the kids.

So, Zimmerman didn’t know if he could wait at the mailboxes until the police arrived, as there was no known arrival time for the police. (he didn’t call 911, though all transcripts list it as 911)

It is all speculation until there are more facts, charges, a trial evidence, and defense presented. What you have written is possible and what I written is possible.

We just don’t know.

Excellent! They should also be reminded that it isn't always a happy turn of events if they get what they wish for. Hitler put a lot of people into "protective custody."

There were ardent believers in the cause in the French Revolution. In the beginning, other heads rolled. In the end, they too went under the guillotine. And communism was fun under Stalin for the privileged - until they were denounced and ended up working in a gulag - if they were lucky.

So, what is the difference between Black Lawmakers in hoodies and the hood Robert Byrd used to wear?

Ever notice how this looks like an old time Southern lynching, only the skin color is different.

Why do you think the lead investigator recommend manslaughter charges be filed against George? Why didn’t he believe George’s story of the events that led to the death of the knuckle-dragging, low pants-wearing, drug-dealing, thuggish gangsta-wannabe?

I don't know, why?

State's Attorney's office determined that there was insufficient evidence contradicting the vigilante, cop-wannabe, gun-toting, trigger-happy, stalking, evil, racist Zimmerman's story to arrest him.

*snip*

SANFORD, FL – MARCH 27, 2012 – The City of Sanford wishes to clarify a statement made at today’s press conference related to the police report on the Trayvon Martin case. A reporter stated that based on the description of the incident on the report, that the officer on scene wished to have Mr.Zimmerman arrested and charged with the “Uniform Crime Code” listed on the report. That is not accurate.

http://www.sanfordfl.gov/press_releases/Release22.pdf

*snip*

By Florida Statute, law enforcement was PROHIBITED frommaking an arrest based on the facts and circumstances they had at the time. Additionally, whenany police officer makes an arrest for any reason, the officer MUST swear and affirm that he/sheis making the arrest in good faith and with probable cause.
