Since the Supreme Court is going to strike down Obama Care, Romney Care might not be an issue. It looks like Romney is the guy and I am trying to see a bright spot (it is hard).

Is Rubio too young to know what it feels like to be strapped to the roof of the car for a 12 hour drive?

I'm not!

No Romney...ever!

Rick Santorum’s main line of attack has been that Romney is the worst choice to run against Obama because Romney Care became Obama Care. But if Obama Care is shot down, this will no longer be a big issue to the voters.

One reason why I never liked Rubio, he was the pragmatic conservative choice in FL against the RINO Crist though,

is that I always knew he’d be an establishment RINO just less openly rino (than Crist).

I don’t want him as V.P. and never bought into the whole conservative fauning over him.

Now I know that he’s shown his true colors (half the GOP Primary electorat hasn’t even had their say in this election yet-myself included Indiana votes May 8th) And yet this should end?

It really goes to show what the D.C. establishment crowd thinks of our individual votes!

-Stuff it, Rubio!

I`m amazed at how many prominent people will connect themselves to a candidate because of perceived “electability,” when that candidate in reality has absolutely no chance of being elected.

Ah, well...

The Republican Party is dead as a doornail. The sooner conservatives admit it the sooner we can get about the serious business of restoring this free republic.

I never got on the Rubio bandwagon. He seems to lie to take moderate positions. Sorry, but whenever I hear this guy talk, I feel like I'm listening to Mitch McConnell , Jr. I think the establishment types have already got their hooks in him. And I could give a rats ass what Levin thinks about Rubio!

obumber care is not dead. No one knows how the USSC is going to rule and what will be carved out. I’ve said in the past that romney is a better candidate then santorum because santorum is weak and easily manipulated. But there is no reason to give it to romney now. I say let’s go to the convention, repubs may still wise-up and see that Newt is the best candidate. Or maybe we will get someone even better out of the convention. It would be hard to do worse then santorum or romney, short of obumber.

No idea why you would ask such an irrelevant question, but here's the real question--Is he too young to realize that a few fleeting moments of media warmth may cost him a career?

Or is he really just another immature sellout? Time will tell won't it...

Rubio was (is?) a Mormon, so what would you expect.

Rubio is (was always?) a RINO.

Rubio wants the VP spot.

Rubio will not be VP, Romney will not get the nomination, and both will be footnotes in the RINO hall of fame history.

Hey Joe....Just heard a pundit saying that Newt's been down twice now and gotten back up, always when everybody thinks he's done with his staff and out of money. They said not a good idea to think Newt's done.....or underestimate him....with Newt things are not always what they might appear! If Obamacare is thrown out (God willing), we have to support whoever the Republican is or we’re going to be fighting against a revival for four more years. I know people here (not you, from what I can tell) are saying they’ll forget the presidency and concentrate on expanding our House majority and gaining back the Senate, but this guy doesn’t even care about that. He does whatever the hell he wants. I have said since Romney first started his runs for the presidency that I would never vote for him under any circumstance, but here is the circumstance: getting this devil out of the White House and making sure Obamacare doesn’t keep rising from the dead over and over for the next four years.

I actually think all three of these guys are exceptionally poor bearers of the conservative standard, and it’s sad that this is what it came to to go against Obama, but I’m going to vote for whichever it is. If it was Kerry or Gore or Biden, giving up the presidency and dedicating ourselves to blocking would be viable. Not with this guy.

WHO hasn’t known this was coming since he dissed Gingrich and defended romney before the FLA primary?

Exactly. He was part of the very vocal, very visible assassination squad in Florida, doing Jeb's bidding.

Romney contributed to Rubio's campaign when he was just beginning and an unknown. willard has a way of sniffing out the young ones, think Haley.

What is funny, though, even romney endorsers take their cues from Newt. A few days ago, Newt said very straightforwardly, he was taking it to the convention, he would support Romney as soon as he had the delegates needed for the nomination, but romney had to "earn it".

that's what rubio said tonight, romney has "earned" the nomination. These people are pathetic.

On to Tampa!! Stay strong - We can do this!!

You Romney supporters are sticking your head in the sand.

If and when Romney gains the nomination, the non-stop attacks from Obama and the MSM will commence using Romney's own left-wing Progressive Liberal record to destroy his candidacy.

Romney is the ONLY candidate guaranteed to give Obama a gigantic win.

With a record like this:

1. Implemented and supported Gay Marriage
2. Supported and forced Gay Adoption
3. Supported the Brady Bill
4. Implemented a state-level "Assault" Weapons Ban AFTER the Federal AWB was allowed to expire.
5. Supported TARP
6. Believes in Man-Made Global Warming.
7. Supported a state level Cap-and-Trade system in MA.
8. Supported Amnesty for Illegal Aliens (pathway to citizenship)
9. Raised taxes/fees by 300% while governor of MA.
10. Implemented a Socialist Health-Care program in MA called RomneyCare with $50 dollar Abortions and an Individual Mandate.

Romney is dead meat!

As much as I hate to admit it, I think I gave Conservatives too much credit for having more common sense. Instead, all I see is a herd of mindnumbed cats playing with catnip. If we couldn’t defeat romney KNOWING what a shapeshifter he is, or santorum who started out whining which has now turned into prolonged howls of victimhood, even as he moved ahead using the backdoor of romney money and romney’s assassination of Gingrich, without which his candidacy would have been long over, shame on us.
We only have this chance to change anything at all. Never give up and never give in.
