It’s an Obama world. The gay flag flew over a U.S. military base in Afghanistan this week.
The Pentagon forced an Army post in Afghanistan to remove a cross on its worship tent in December. It was offensive to liberal atheists.
They can only get away with this because the local population has no idea what this idiotic symbol stands for.

My oldest was ready for the Citadel, he was going for West Point but wanted to stay south , now those plans have changed and the military will miss out on some good boys joining.
I doubt Romney will over turn this but at least he could do a proper review of this and then listen to the top Generals of which was never done.

Note that it’s an “interfaith chapel” chapel.
That means it’s the designated building for all services for all faiths. Greek Orthodox to Jewish to Buddhist.
That cross is only applicable to some Christian faiths, though. And they do not have ownership of the building.
So, I’d say that whatever religion is conducting services at the moment should have their symbol on the door. And then, when it’s over, it’s taken down so the next religion can place their symbol on the door.
Same goes for the interior.

Or, are you willing to pony up the extra dough so that all the religions in the military have their own separate chapels on all bases? Or advocate that only Catholics, Protestants, and Evangelicals may join the military?

It’s been quiet because nothing’s really changed, operationally.
There’s been about 30 minutes of on-line training and that’s it.
Since sexual behavior of any sort isn’t tolerated on-duty, there’s been no change there. And since sexual behavior isn’t authorized in the barracks (yeah, yeah, I know that’s an unenforceable rule)... if any gay sex happens, those unhappy about it can complain about the ‘sexual behavior’ and get the faggots some paperwork for violating standing orders.
So, the net effect is pretty much a big zero, so far.
Of course, if gay marriage is resolved in their favor, then we’ll see how happy our folks are when Mr. And Mr. Homo Sexual move in right next door on military family housing.
I don’t know about you but I am more at odds with the current PC Administration in terms of effect on my daily life than with the Taliban, by a long shot. There are always going to be people in other parts of the world who see things real differently.

There has been other problems concerning homosexuals too, even in the marines where two women were trying to get married quarters .
The MSM will never cover the real facts about what is happening the queers are hoping that enough military personal get to know these queers and become pals with them and then they can have their minds changed with the usual crap like so many say”I know a few homosexuals and they are nice so let them be”
You do realize it has been estimated that we will need to have at the very least 3 million conservatives who are going to school today to become a teacher to have any remaining or lasting effect of a normal or straight agenda in our schools?
