Back in the Soviet days, two of the biggest news agencies in Russia were Pravda (Truth) and Isvestia (the news).

The Russians had a saying, a pun, based on the names of these two propaganda outlets.

In the Truth (Pravda) there is no News (Isvestia),
and in the News (Isvestia) there is no Truth (Pravda).
