Another politician who has a run in with the law & the story does NOT declare his party affiliation.

Based on past experience, I will say that he is a D.

You get one guess at his party affiliation. I’ll even give you a clue.

It starts with a “D” and ends in a “T.”

From Wikipedia: Roger Hernández is an American politician currently serving in the California State Assembly. He is a Democrat representing the 57th district

If he wasn't, the headline would have been Republican One-Percenter State Assemblyman Arrested for DUI

You would be correct unless this is not him:

Roger Hernandez, (D-West Covina) California State Assemblyman, representing the 57th District

If it were a republican:

Headline: GOP state lawmaker arrested for DUI.
“Republican Assemblyman Roger Hernandez, a conservative, was arrested last night in an aggravated DUI Case. The Tea Party favorite was interviewed and said he was not drunk.........”

“$20.00 Fine and for goodness sakes don’t do it again! This news item is not for the little people.”

Wonder who paid off the 29 year-old woman who was riding with him at that rather odd hour in a strange town? My guess is that she was his “strange.” Bummer, night in jail instead of getting laid!

It’s all a game - Politicians laugh at you... When you get mad enough, you will vote them out - good luck with that.

Kind of like a lottery - the more you ... What a group of crazies we have in office!
