The U.S. Department of Justice had no comment on the $10,000 bounty the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) was offering for a "citizen's arrest" of George Zimmerman, the 28 year old man who told Sanford, Florida Police he shot and killed 17 year old Trayvon Martin on February 26 in an act of self-defense.
According to a number of reports, the NBPP "called for the mobilization of 10,000 black men" to do the "arrest." Zimmerman and his family have received death threats since the case became a national issue. Mr. Zimmerman has not been arrested by local authorities. Federal, state, and local investigations of the shooting are happening, and he is currently in hiding.
The bounty made its ways around social media, including Twitter, and attached itself to an unfortunate tweet. One individual decided to tweet what he thought was George Zimmerman's home address. Film director Spike Lee re-tweeted the incorrect address out to his 250,000 followers. I discovered the address did not belong to Mr. Zimmerman and the actual residents were living in fear for their lives. Mr. Lee has since apologized and compensated the couple whose residence was targeted on Twitter.
In an e-mail response to an inquiry, DOJ Office of Public Affairs' Xochitl Hinojosa wrote: "The FBI is aware of the statements and we are unable to comment at this time."
Rep. Allen West, Florida Republican, posted a statement on his FaceBook page calling on the Justice Department to prosecute the NBPP for the bounty:

It appears authorities on multiple levels are focusing more on the shooting than the NBPP bounty at this point, though.

The Treyvon Martin debacle is just a warmup. Just imagine what happens when the deafening silence on the Joe Arpaio CCP findings of probable forgery and fraud ends, and "Obama" is finally outed as illegally occupying the presidency.
It'll make everything seen heretofore look like romper room. Can you say "pretext" neighbor? I thought you could.
Bail Bondsmen and Bounty Hunters (the legal ones), have to be licensed by either the state, county/city, or the Court because they act as agents of the court. That is why they can take a bail-jumper into custody and then turn them over to the police.
The NBBP is nothing but a wannabe group of black psychopaths who are trading on the name of a black criminal, marxist organization (the original BPP) to make themselves look important. They are the true losers of the world, but dangerous ones.
It is time that the state of Florida take action against them including issuing warrants for their arrests for fomenting violence in that state, presenting a clear and present danger to anyone names George Zimmerman, advocating the murder of an individual, for money, etc.
These are Holder’s peoples but the rest of us know that they are insane criminals and wannabes. Time to take them off the streets before they kill someone.
And the DOI, the Dept of INJUSTICE, will prosecute YOU!

You can see it in minature in the Martin saga, but they haven’t seen anything compared to what will occur if he is successful in stealing the election. When I was last in my Representative's office (You LIE Joe Wilson) it was compared to Rodney King, every window on every Main Street would be broken out if we start IMPEACHMENT.
I said bring it on. They weren't impressed. Joe was NOT there but I'm sure he would have hid under the desk too.
