DOJ on New Black Panther Party Zimmerman bounty - No comment
Washington Times ^ | March 30, 2012 | Kerry Picket

Posted on 03/30/2012 12:48:15 PM PDT by Qbert

The U.S. Department of Justice had no comment on the $10,000 bounty the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) was offering for a "citizen's arrest" of George Zimmerman, the 28 year old man who told Sanford, Florida Police he shot and killed 17 year old Trayvon Martin on February 26 in an act of self-defense.

According to a number of reports, the NBPP  "called for the mobilization of 10,000 black men" to do the "arrest." Zimmerman and his family have received death threats since the case became a national issue. Mr. Zimmerman has not been arrested by local authorities. Federal, state, and local investigations of the shooting are happening, and he is currently in hiding.

The bounty made its ways around social media, including Twitter, and attached itself to an unfortunate tweet. One individual decided to tweet what he thought was George Zimmerman's home address. Film director Spike Lee re-tweeted the incorrect address out to his 250,000 followers. I discovered the address did not belong to Mr. Zimmerman and the actual residents were living in fear for their lives. Mr. Lee has since apologized and compensated the couple whose residence was targeted on Twitter.

In an e-mail response to an inquiry, DOJ Office of Public Affairs' Xochitl Hinojosa wrote: "The FBI is aware of the statements and we are unable to comment at this time."

Rep. Allen West, Florida Republican, posted a statement on his FaceBook page calling on the Justice Department to prosecute the NBPP for the bounty:

[Snip]

It appears authorities on multiple levels are focusing more on the shooting than the NBPP bounty at this point, though.

Yesterday, Sean Hannity called this "vigilanteism". I call it anarchy.

That Eric Holder's laughable DOJ has taken no action against the NBPP is disgraceful.

Race relations have deteriorated in America since zero, et al, took control of the government in '09 and the whole Trayvon Martin episode has us on the verge of a major race war. If we break out into a race war as the result of all the lies and manipulations of the Trayvon Martin story, it will be the direct result of DBM sensionalizing the story and refusing to tell the truth, and zero's administration jumping on the racist bandwagon and increasing the tension.

IMO, we are in for an interesting summer. If we break out into race-related violence, it will justify zero calling for martial law and cancelling his coming November ballot box shellacking!

Haven’t seen that anyone has posted this:

DECATUR, Ga. - A member of the New Black Panther Party who went on national television to offer a reward for the capture of George Zimmerman was arrested in Gwinnett County.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, Hashim Nzinga, 49 of Norcross, was arrested at probation office he was reporting to in Lawrenceville. He taken to Dekalb County Jail and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. A warrant was sworn out in DeKalb County after evidence surfaced that Nzinga tried to pawn a semi-automatic handgun at a Stone Mountain pawn shop.

it’s a disgrace and Holder should have been removed after he dropped charges against the voting booth black panthers.

The DOJ we know for a fact has brought in lawyers which are very radical left wing and they have said that black on white crime is not going to be investigated.

How I wish we had a candidate which had the balls to go after obama, to investigate how he and Kagen are probably talking especially the vote today on health care.

It wouldn’t even have to be a white supremacy group, it could merely be the Tea Party (not that they don’t disingenously call us that anyway, as they follow Goebbels’ doctrine of propaganda), amd right away not only the DoJ, not only rat congressmen, but even GOP congressmen (toking up some “PC” points) would be waiting in lines at the mics to denounce the racist, dangerous, law-breaking Tea Party.

Yes they are cowards. They will tapdance to any tune the racebaiters play, just like in the old Westerns. But when a genuine blatant unlawful threat-a hit in all but name-is put out by “the new black panthers” against a citizen’s life-—”move along folks, nothing to see here”. Cowards. They may as take shush money from the black KKK. The white KKK never got this level of government acquiescence. The Tea Party wouldn’t, for sure.

You better believe it. I'm at the point that I question the whole things as far back as MLK. If all that conciliatory talk at the start wasn't only because they knew numerically they needed white support and sympathy, but as soon as the tables were turned, it's on, whitey. Only we still outnumber now, I think the newer leaders aren't smart or patient enough to see it through the original plan. Public school, entitlement mentality, and PC pandering will do that to ya. I hope they've overplayed their hand in the perception of most whites-if not yet, I hope they do the next time they make a threat. What we need is to be ready for it.

A response to the democratic party attacks on Hispanics
(George Zimmerman) is an opportunity to sever Hispanic
voters from Obama and the Demos by showing that Obama
only cares about black people and Hispanics have to take
care of themselves. That message has to be delivered on
every Hispanic radio and tv station and Spanish newspaper.
Republicans take notice.

We should have had millions marching on the District of Corruption when Michele Bachmann was rallying agaist the passage of Obamacare and it’s DEATH PANELS, when Piglosi did her march across the lawn and her black companion was spat upon-NOT. Not much difference in the USA during 2012 and Germany in the 1930s.

She is nothing but a plant for obama and it was obama said that the civil rights movement did not concentrate on the courts.
Boy is he doing that now.

Elections have consequences and there is no way we can afford to have obama for another term.

The Treyvon Martin debacle is just a warmup. Just imagine what happens when the deafening silence on the Joe Arpaio CCP findings of probable forgery and fraud ends, and "Obama" is finally outed as illegally occupying the presidency.

It'll make everything seen heretofore look like romper room. Can you say "pretext" neighbor? I thought you could.

Bail Bondsmen and Bounty Hunters (the legal ones), have to be licensed by either the state, county/city, or the Court because they act as agents of the court. That is why they can take a bail-jumper into custody and then turn them over to the police.

The NBBP is nothing but a wannabe group of black psychopaths who are trading on the name of a black criminal, marxist organization (the original BPP) to make themselves look important. They are the true losers of the world, but dangerous ones.

It is time that the state of Florida take action against them including issuing warrants for their arrests for fomenting violence in that state, presenting a clear and present danger to anyone names George Zimmerman, advocating the murder of an individual, for money, etc.

These are Holder’s peoples but the rest of us know that they are insane criminals and wannabes. Time to take them off the streets before they kill someone.

It's 1984 again and what are you going to do about it? The traitors think you and I are going to sit and watch. First we vote and then if we suspect the unthinkable, all hell is going to break out.

That's a prediction for the goons monitoring, not a threat or a promise.

Agreed. And the Feds’ fear of the reaction of the blacks is what is keeping the usurper in power. You can see it in minature in the Martin saga, but they haven’t seen anything compared to what will occur if he is successful in stealing the election. There is a discontent bubbling just below the surface, waiting to boil over!
