Note to self: ALL lights on at 8:30 PM tonight.
So governments will be shutting off street lights? Headlights on cars while driving? Televisions? (there is an important basketball game on then). Businesses? like stores? If you take a picture, I am assuming you can’t use a flash.

I had a neighbor that had a super bright light just outside my bedroom window to light his driveway and car so no one would steal it. Guess what, it got stolen and I didn’t hear a thing.
Thanks for reminding me to turn all of my lights on.

If they really wanted to save those delicious animals, wouldn’t they turn off their lights permanently? Shouldn’t they stop exhaling all that nasty CO2?

But in consideration of DANGER you forgot to list the automobile, airplane, stairs, elevators, stoves, fire, medicine, surgery, bikes, guns, knives, stones, ships and boats, roller skates, rope, candles, and the MOST dangerous human activity of all.

You must be a very heavy sleeper. Fortunately I have dogs that alert me to anybody outside. One night I hollered at them because they were barking and I was tired. Should have gotten up, they were warning me that someone was breaking into my car. Now I listen to them.
My neighbors light is not super bright and does not go past his driveway. It’s the streetlights that light up the bedrooms. My next door neighbor is just a busybody.
They’re down to a thirty-minute “Hour”. Kinda like the few-thousand-strong “Million” Man March. Hey, it’s the name that counts.
Be nice if someone could fly over al Gore’s estate and snap a picture, to see if the palace is darkened for the event, or if it’s only for the peasants.
They are above all that, as they know better, much better.
