PALMDALE, Calif. (AP) - Seven black teens have been arrested on suspicion that they committed a hate crime when they attacked a 15-year-old Hispanic boy while he was walking home from school in Southern California, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office.

local laws apply here and those hate crime laws vary state to state but as far as Federale hate crime laws....... No one has opined, on the nightly news, that the race baiting on display flies in the face of the fact that the majority of voters in the US elected a black man to the presidency.
