High doses of microwaves can damage the functioning of internal organs, control behaviour or even drive victims to suicide.

As anyone knows who has put their last bag of popcorn
in the micro on HIGH for 5 minutes...

I thought the CIA already had this and they used it on Judge Judy a year ago. She recovered.

Well, the big advantage is that you don’t mess up the environment by scattering lead all over the place.

Maybe Obama can give his pal Putin a trillion-dollar Green Subsidy to bring this environmentally sound project to completion.

It could have major family planning implications, too, reducing the population and thus aiding endangered species.

Don’t get me started on Global Warming. . . .

Turns people into things which exist only in fantasy. Shouldn’t this have waited until tomorrow (April 1)?

we in the west have already developed such a weapon.

Ours is electronic, based on powerful beams located on high towers. It operates on many frequencies simultaneously, and can turn citizens into zombies, and even impact their thoughts and actions.

We call it Television.

Are they sure they want to use something like that?
I could see it backfiring on them ... the law of unintended consequences.

Wow, just think. If they are successful, Putin will be able to do in seconds what takes the American Public Education System at least ten years to do.
