Convicted murderer David Warrick of Spfld, now Raborn Allah, to win release from MA Parole Board
The Republican ^

In the first early releases of convicted murderers since a parolee shot and killed a Woburn patrolman in 2010, the state Parole Board on Thursday unveiled decisions to parole one man convicted of a Springfield murder and two other men convicted of murder.

In the Springfield case, the board voted unanimously to release Raborn Allah, formerly known as David A. Warrick of Springfield, who had actually been released on parole once before.

"These are the first decisions to release lifers," since the fatal shooting of Woburn Patrolman John Maguire on Dec. 26, 2010, Joshua Wall, chairman of the parole board, told The Republican after his visit to Springfield. "We've had other decisions to deny," including Frances Soffen formerly of Ludlow.

Each of the so-called lifers previously had their parole revoked because of violations. Each convicted murderer had served additional time and now is being paroled again.

...

To help avenge his father's death, Warrick and two friends chased George Greer 's car on Central Street in Springfield before Orlando Loman shot Greer 17 times on March 5, 1994 in Springfield, The Republican's archives show.

In 1995, Warrick, then 20, and Loman, then 21, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of Greer. Both received mandatory life sentences with eligibility for parole in 15 years.

The shooting was in retaliation for the death of Warrick's father, William "York" Warrick, 44, on Jan. 17, 1994.

The board also noted his solid community support in Boston, his religious practices and backing from a spiritual group

With a name like Raborn Allah, it is easy to guess his "religious" and "spiritual" background. How long before he kills again?

There are whole organizations whose sole objective is to get murderers, and all sorts of evil people out of prison and walking, unmarked, amoung us to continue their mayham.

See my tagline. I’m not referring to the prisoners.

If the scum does kill again, I hope the victims family holds the GOVERNOR AND THE PAROLE BOARD responsible. By that I mean visit each one PERSONNALLY and have a nice ‘talk’. I don’t think you can blame the judge, the guy got sentenced to life , so the judge is ok.

“Law Abiding Citizen” is a really good movie, something I could ‘do’ in the same situation. hehehe

I’d say you’re right, joe. But I still get outraged - for 5 or 10 secs - when I read about this stuff happening, and then I see which state subscribes to such idiocy, and it’s always a lib-dem-controlled-hellhole state. Screw ‘em, like you said: you got what you voted for, morons! No sympathy from me when that POS kills again (truly hoping that it’s not a defenseless, innocent child or elderly person).

They should have a law that every parole board that releases a bona-fide (not 18 yr old boyfriend/17 yr old girlfriend) rapist or murderer, one of board members will be selected and required to house the released murderer in the dwelling they physically live in. Or a dwelling directly next to their home. Either one is fine with me.

See how fast they release murderers then. Have their children have to live/live next to the murderer they release. Use the same bathroom. Be within reaching distance of.

Losers. Total losers.

The convicts and the idiots on the parole board are both dangerous. They are both liberals. They both just do whatever the hell they want, screw everyone else. Don’t care about the consequences to anyone else, I don’t care if it’s not right, I need this, I want this, and I’m taking it and to hell with you if you try to stop me. They want what you have and believe whatever ends to get it justify the means they have to use to get it. Even if they kill you for a few dollars. They have no regard for others as they have regard for themselves.

All liberals. Just varying tactics.

As someone pointed out yesterday, “I don’t lock my house to keep out conservatives. I lock it to keep liberals out. And so do other liberals.”
