I'm getting a bad feeling about all of this.

Posted on 04/03/2012 1:44:05 PM PDT by servo1969

If there's one thing that Obama is a master at it's lying.

With that in mind I'm starting to feel really apprehensive about the SCOTUS vote on Obamacare.

I hate to say it but what if he's won?
What if he's managed to flip one of the judges (or didn't even have to)?
What if he's been informed by Kagan or Sotomayor that it's in the bag?
What if all these little statements to the press are just him loading the bases for a grand slam in June? So he can look Large and In Charge to all his minions?

I hate to be defeatist but I'm getting a sinking feeling in my stomach.

Jeez. If I have any grandkids they're gonna have to celebrate this c*cks*ckers birthday in school.

I share your apprehension over Obama. The kristallnacht event of the 1930s comes to mind.

I agree. He showed his cards when he cried “judicial activism.”

he is loosing it...

I’ve said for a couple years that I do not believe he will finish his term. I feel more strongly than ever that that is true. I also think the cause may be a meltdown.

In fact, if the law completely survives, there may be a worse meltdown, as in, exposes who he really is in his glee and says something even more stooooopid than that open mic gaffe about “flexibility”.

Have heard of reverse psychology, but you really need to explain that one. Don't think you said what you meant.

In that case, his grandstanding might cause a justice or two to change their minds and vote against it.

That's what I thought in the beginning.

0b0z0 would have been told to keep quite precisely because Kennedy could change his mind and rule in his favor.

It seems to me that 0b0z0 is really angry and being a child, he can't hide it. The only thing that will show this unrestrained anger is that HE LOST BIG AND CAN'T RAIL AGAINST 5 TO 4 AS HE WANTED IF HE HAD TO LOSE.

It could at least be 6 to 3, which makes 0b0z0 look pretty bad and worse if it's above that.

The only possible way Romney can win in November if he's the nominee is for the USSC to uphold all or even part of Obamacare.

If nothing of Obamacare remains, people will figure they can take the Senate and keep control of the House so, screw Romney. They'll figure a Republican House and Senate can reign King Barry in and roll things back. The problem is, unless it's two thirds control, it's still a holding action until there are enough votes to override a veto. Of course, if Romney starts talking about "fixing" Obamacare rather than eliminating it, then Barry will be good to go for another four years anyway. He'll also be on track to impeachment for one or more things he does by executive order, but to Barry, that's the best possible outcome short of the super-majorities he had for the first two years.

If the USCC retains even part of Obamacare, Barry is toast in November. It'll be the Carter hostage crisis with the entire population as the hostages and everyone, even the dimwit dolts who sway in the breeze, will know it.

Every Bar Association, Judiciary Committee, and any other group in the justice system should be calling for Kagan to recuse herself.

Reformat and repost.

I'm in your camp.

Obama has succeeded in not only dividing the people in this Country, now he has divided the three branches of Government.

Nothing but a two bit dictator thug.

I guess what I meant was that if all Obama needs to do is criticize the SCOTUS, resulting in a reversal of their decision, then he is all-powerful. He then controls the executive and judicial branches of government.

Ginzberg, Sotomayor, Breyer and Kagan would never vote against it.

“I HATE to say it but what if he’s won? . . . . I HATE to be defeatist but I’m getting a sinking feeling in my stomach.”

If you really HATE these things, why are you posting this vanity?

Do you think this is helping in any way?

Optimism is probably the most essential of all American attributes. It is the essence of America. Real conservative Americans should be optimists.

Pessimism, cynicism and negativity are European and the essence of Liberalism. We can be realistic without being pessimistic. Leave the pessimism for the likes of Obama.

However, if the November elections go against Obama, then it is bad news for Obamacare anyways.

It will be bad news for Kagan as well, who will be in danger of impeachment.
