Transgender pageant hopeful wants rule change

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- A transgender woman who wants to be Miss Universe said Tuesday that a rule requiring contestants to be born as women should be dropped, whether or not she gets a chance to compete.

"I do not want any other woman to suffer the discrimination that I have endured," said Jenna Talackova, who underwent a sex change four years ago.

Last year my county in Maryland passed a new non-discrimination law to add trans-gender to the list, So at work they had to revise the the bathroom policy to include those that identify themselves as the opposite sex be be able to use the other bathroom (do they still need urinals?).

Men in dresses and makeup in ladies rooms?

Back in 2010 a white male TG tried this in the wrong McDonalds ladies room and a black teen girl beat the crap out of her. It made history, the first black actually charged with a hate crime. Sexual orientation trumps race now.
