Based on interviews WND conducted with insiders in Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has decided to expand the scope of his law enforcement investigation into President Obama’s eligibility to include evidence and affidavits documenting alleged criminal activity by the Obama campaign in the 2008 Democratic Party primary race.
Hollywood film producer Bettina Viviano and Hollywood-based digital photographer Michele Thomas have given Arpaio’s investigators the names of dozens of Hillary Clinton supporters willing to come forward with evidence and affidavits. Among their claims is that the Clintons were the first to charge Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution and that his birth certificate is a forgery.
Moreover, the Hillary supporters identified by Viviano and Thomas have argued that the pattern of questionable and possibly illegal activity suggests that the alleged act of producing forged birth certificate documentation for Obama may have been merely more of the same.
As WND reported, Viviano claims she heard Bill Clinton say that Obama is not eligible to be president.

I believe somewhat different. Both Hillary and Obama were stooges for other enablers mostly of the Chicago crowd including Axelrod, Ayres and Soros among others. I propose that Hillary(and Bill)were given the word to cool any opposition to Obama because the enablers especially the likes of Soros thought it was the opportune time to make drastic changes towards their ‘new world order’ at least to the extent of destroying the USA’s exceptionalism. There is/has been such a deep and extensive subversion going on for years that ‘average’ citizens like my spouse just ignore all the info that is out to the point of disbelief that any of it could be happening. Just today I picked off the web that someone in an investigation associated Orly Taitz is reporting that a person with the name of the Georgia judge Clay D. Land who sanctioned Taitz to the tune of $20,000.00 for frivolous lawsuits against Obama has the same Fed ID of a Barack Obama i.e.423-29-2961. There are dots here to be connected. To paraphrase Ross Perot of years past ‘ Oh what a crazy world we are living in’. To add to this intrigue there is a law firm ‘dot’ that shows a Rothschild as a member. Soros was given seed hedge fund money by the European Rothschild banking clan.
I remember rumors to that effect, too, but always with the caveat that the Clintons had invented the "politics of personal destruction, and couldn't pursue matter."
The logical consequence of why nothing came of it, the Clintons, astute as they are, weighed the odds of what would result in their direct attack on the "actual first black president," and the racial grief that would result wasn't worth the risk.
Better to wait 4 years, let the "should be waiting tables for us" pretender self destruct, and move in in 2012 or 2016.

I think the simplest answer is the NBC issue is too nuanced for most of the mouth breathing public to understand. Add to that the media's fawning adoration of "the One" and you get why this issue would have had no legs. The media outright ignored the shenanigans that were occurring during the caucuses, why would they pay any attention to this?
The biggest enemy to freedom loving Americans is the POS media that determines what most people see and read for their daily information.
Now, however, with 3 plus years of anti-freedom, regulatory BS, anti-growth and still high unemployment, most people that would have ignored this before might be receptive in listening.

In some pictures I’ve seen, his side piece looks like a revolver with walnut or cherry grips. A .357 magnum or .38 likely. Can’t tell at all in this picture.
I can see a guy w/ 30+ years in DEA and police work carrying a revolver.
I like that he is telling the fed to pound sand, but I fear he will become an example of an overpowering Fed we all fear.
