Did Obama pass the Bar?
Daily Mail ^ | April 4, 2012 | Don Surber

Obama’s little temper tantrum over the Supreme Court voting down his unconstitutional takeover of the health insurance industry may have awakened a sleeping giant — the Judiciary. Good lawyers know better than to tick off judges.

And your common graduate of Cleveland State University knows the Supreme Court rules on the constitutionality of the law. Apparently a Harvard education was wasted on the president because on Monday, the president said it was “unprecedented” for a “group of unelected people” to tell him no. Instead of studying John Marshall, Charles Evans Hughes and Oliver Wendell Holmes, Barack Obama must have been poring over George Wallace’s tirades against that “group of unelected people” in Washington.

...

What sort of 40-year-old American who is not a socialist blathers on about “negative liberties”? He wants unlimited government. That’s socialism. Judge Jerry Edwin Smith called him on that perverted view of constitutional government. Expect more of these confrontations, not less as Barack Obama has chosen anger, hate and spite as his re-election theme.

Here is a link on the law licenses. Michelle's revocation is intriguing. Barack's letting his laps could just be that he is a cheap skate and didn't want to pay to keep it renewed. After all he is KING now.

Be sure to scroll down through the whole article.

Michelle Obama's is different. She was COURT ORDERED so then she voluntarily gave it up. Obama just never renewed his.

Both Michelle and O surrendered their license to practice law due to court or bar ordered action.

To put this into perspective, if you were a black Ivy League educated.lawyer in the 1990s you were solid gold rare commodity with the world at your feet.

You had the whole Ivy League and Harvard Lawyer protection squad to run interference for you to help dig you out of trouble.

Despite this, both of the two had to give up their law license's. This in Chicago, ground zero for institutionalized incompetence and corruption.

Walking away from a Harvard Law education is big, big deal so they must have committed something pretty egregious to forgo formal disciplinary action and the case against them must have been so airtight they had no hope of winning if they tried to fight their case..

I seriously doubt that there is another Harvard/Ivy League educated husband and wife team in the country who have both surrendered their law practice.

Did Obama pass the Bar?

Yes, of course, a bar of soap.

Last night at dinner, 0b0z0 even passed the salt with honors.

Haha! So U/Chicago hired him to teach Constitutional Law when HE WAS NOT A LAWYER! (though he had previously been one).

I just love that the judge gave Obama homework. He has to write a single-spaced 3 page paper on why the Judiciary is a coequal branch of government.

The only bar Barack passed was the soap.

Larry Sinclair says he bent to picked it up.

I have long said the man is an incompetent idiot and has never done anything successfully in his entire life. All of his accomplishments are the work of others on his behalf, up to and including his own election(s).

I would suggest that if he passed the bar, it was barely or by cheating. The man is in a special class of stupid.

"What they'll say is, 'Well it costs too much money,' but you know what? It would cost, about.
It it would cost about the same as what we would spend. It. Over the course of 10 years it would cost what it would costs us.
All right. Okay. We're going to do it. It would cost us about the same as it would cost for about hold on one second. I can't hear myself. But I'm glad you're fired up, though. I'm glad. "

Obama and his wife both once held law licenses that they had to give up under questionable circumstances in the late 90’s.

*******

Is there a courageous reporter out there who will press candidate Obama by asking him why he gave up his license in Illinois?

I believe that it is a legitimate question to ask any presidential candidate why he gave up his law license.

To me, if a presidential candidate who is a lawyer cannot practice law in his own state, then I would say that there are serious questions as to whether or not he can be an effective leader of the most powerful nation of the free world.

Do you have any article to point to that would give the details of this. I don't doubt it is true; but, would like to have something to read about it.

I had a long discussion about this subject with others over a year ago. I found quite a bit of information, including why Obama was disbarred. (He lied on his Bar exam)

Here is a link to where we discussed this issue. It might be what you are looking for. I go by "Diogenes" over on that website.

Unfortunately, I have seen many a Freeper make complaints about the judiciary that are similar to Obama’s attacks, when a judge strikes down or enjoins enforcement of a law that furthers our conservative agenda.

Here's what I wrote on the subject two years ago. As far as I know, nothing has changed regarding it since then. (I am called "Diogenes" over there.)
