In other words, it enables USG to decide whether citizens have the right to _be_ healed; whether they are required to shut up and die when USG decides the treatment for their terminal health issue isn’t provided, ie., allowed. Neither We the People, nor the doctors are even allowed to choose a treatment if USG decides the procedure isn’t covered (allowed). Again, this is even if the people want to use their own money!

Also I think they know he overplayed his hand when he challenged the court as unelected. So now they have to play make nice. The plan was to convince Kennedy to switch sides, but it may have backfired. Also Obama did say when the Supreme Court over tur....then he corrected himself. So He may actually know.
Now they are going to spin like it’s so obvious that it will be a 7-3 decision in support of the law.

Well, if the decision goes Obama's way, it will make him look like he is so powerful that he was able to make the Supreme Court bow to his demands.
After all, everyone "knew" that the decision was going the other way until Obama stepped in to protect America from unprecedented judicial activism.

I think they are trying to make it sound like the law is so “for sure” constitutional that when the SCOTUS overturns it there will be a huge outcry to Impeach those rascally conservative judges. If they can Impeach one, Obama (so sure of his reelection) will get to appoint another justice and tip the court for good.

That’s quite a leap. Passing an unconstitutional law doesn’t get you blind folded and shot. It gets you voted out of office (see 2010 results) and the Supreme Court making you look even more foolish.
