Democrats facing a tough election year are on the warpath - doing everything in their power to stop Voter ID laws in their tracks. The Obama Department of Justice has declared war on Texas and South Carolina - inventing non-existent "racial discrimination" to block popular voter ID laws in those states.
And always, we hear the bleating of activists that "there's no significant voter fraud in America" . Meanwhile, Democrats officials (and their activist allies) are routinely caught committing it. And Roger Hedgecock detailed the extensive effort by the Democrats in 2010 to commit massive fraud in California in his must-read piece, Stealing the Election of 2012.
And now, an exceptional reporter in Florida has uncovered shocking fraud in that state - registration and voting by non-citizens - which officials had no idea was occurring, since they are prohibited from asking immigration status under the fraud-machine called the Motor Voter Act of 1996.
NBC-2 Tampa reporter Andy Pierrotti deserves serious kudos for conducting a two-month investigation that found non-citizens voting in Florida Elections. His report came just two days after the Tampa Bay Times claimed voter fraud in Florida was nonexistent.
One Naples voter admitted she was not a U.S. Citizen, nor a legal immigrant - but election records show she voted six times in the past eleven years.
The NBC2 investigators found the voter after examining "jury excusal" forms where a person said they couldn't serve because they were not U.S. Citizens. They took those names and found dozens of those people in the database of Florida registered voters.
"This is under oath, that document, they are attesting that it is true and by falsifying, it's a third degree felony," said Tim Durham, Collier County's deputy chief election supervisor.The NBC2 investigation revealed county supervisors of elections have no way to verify citizenship and are not required to ask for proof.

A “tasteful” graphic, branding the above sentiment to the DOJ may have enough attention-getting value to promote adoption of sensible voter I.D. requirements.
Actually, such a graphic can be used for most of the socialists positions. I might try to pull that together as an iconic symbol of the Obama/Democrat/Socialists - unless some more talented Freeper(s) have the vision and talent to create such an iconic symbol.
While I am confident that voter fraud is common throughout the Country, this particular exercise proves only that several dozen people may have voted illegally as evidenced by their jury excusal forms OR several dozen people may have voted legally, but lied on their jury excusal forms to avoid jury duty.
Why is is racist to require all people regardless of race, ethnicity, or income level to show a picture ID in order to vote, but it's not racist for the SAT/ACT administrators to require students regardless of race, ethnicity, or income level to show a picture ID in order to take the SAT/ACT exam?

Didn’t it seem rather odd, no illegals were arrested for voter fraud or at the very least taken in for questioning ?

They have to sit in the chair for 10 years? Since the electric chair is no longer used in Florida, I’m not sure we could turn it on. Of course just having to sit in it for ten years would be quite arduous.
Both methods can be used to have absentee votes cast without any verification.
The new requirements for drivers license registration will hopefully help, but cannot solve the second flaw.
One thing that is never discussed about Ineligible Non-Citizens Voting is the impact on the Jury System. These same people who LIED when they Registered to Vote also LIE on Jury Duty questionnaires.
If I was ever put on Trial, I would have my Attorney petition the Court to have all the people seated on the Jury Panel prove their United States Citizenship.
It is simply amazing to me that people in this Country will so easily surrender our Sovereignty to rig the Voting Process so their ideology will progress.
It surrenders the sacrifices of those Brave Men and Women who have died throughout our Country's history defending our way of life and the Flag that represents it. I look upon Liberals, Progressives and Statists as nothing more that Traitors who don't even bother getting their hands dirty to promote their evil intentions.
