The detective bought the burgers for $2.75 and then Baker told him that he could also tip her $40 for her services,I bet she doesn't get many tips. If you have ever tried dating online you would know to not assess a person's looks based on a single picture(unless it looks very unattractive) , especially one that just shows the shoulder level and above. I bet she doesnt look much like that in person.

I saw one pathetic woman who posted on a dating website (for a free two week trial naturally) that wrote the sorriest looking profile I have ever seen: poor, fat, ugly, family disowned her, said every guy she met was bad to her. She even lost her kids who wont talk to her. She would post in her profile :”I am not giving sex on the first date” She didnt know that broadcasting all that just invites more trouble.

WTF is going on when people are trading sex for food? actually, in fairness, the burgers were more of a 'cover charge' for the date, and the $40 'tip' was going to be for the deed itself...
shes prolly had a few too many times gettin 'stiffed' on the 'tip' before, that she at least made sure she didnt go hungry if the john refused to pay after the fact...
