Following with a CCW plus calling 911 in advance puts the follower in grave legal danger.

From the beginning my hypothosis has been that TM pulled a J-turn at some point and doubled back toward GZ. This makes the self defense case problematic.

It’s still self defense when you are on the ground having your skull bashed in, but the minutes before the attack/fight/shooting will all be brought up in court.

It’s still self defense when you are on the ground having your skull bashed in, but the minutes before the attack/fight/shooting will all be brought up in court. beyond the act of self defense, the only thing that should matter in court is the likelihood of who struck who first. The fact that Martin was not iunjured in any way beyond the gunshot and Zimmerman had his nose bashed in and head bashed against the ground suggests Martin struck first. A private citizen following someone is not illegal.
