Just like with McCain I will vote for him, dontae money to him and hold a sign for him. I will also work at the grass roots level to help elect conservatives and I will voice tea party values every chance I get. I love my country too much to do otherwise.

If Romney is the nominee, I’ll go to the polls with my primary goal of replacing Debbie Stabenow with a conservative.

I voted for McCain by holding my nose, too. And look where THAT got us.

It got us Obama because McCain didn't get enough votes. What's your point? To encourage people not to vote for Romeny so we are more likley to elect Obama again?

Depends on whether the GOP can convince me that they are serious about trying to win or not.

I have pretty much concluded that they took a dive with McCain. And based on the early returns, it seems no one in charge of this party seems to think Mitt can win.

If they’re just gonna tank it again, I have no desire to waste my vote on that effort. I’d rather cast my vote for a third-party Conservative and start the process of deconstructing that rancid RINO party, once and for all.

Last time Romney had power he installed RomneyCARE,
more taxes (called "fees"), sank the economy,
pissed on the Constitution and installed Romney Marriage,
covered up the BIG DIG, and brought in illegals.

I agree. I will be wee wee’d up, but I will vote for him. Another four years of obama, his cabinet, his czars, his advisors, his nominees for SCOTUS,,, his policies? No way. No way! Not voting for the Republican candidate is the same as a vote for obama.

Don't even have to think about it. Not voting, writing in a name or voting for Ron Paul. etc. is a vote for Obama. I don't want the blood of this country on my hands.

Of course I’ll pull the lever for whomever has the (R) next to his name! Even though I’m not enthusiastic about any of the primary candidates, to stay home in November and give Obama 4 more years would be irresponsible and reckless.

Romney could help matters greatly by selecting Lt. Col. Allen West as VP. (Mitt, or Mitt’s people, are you reading this? Listen up!)

If it looks like an easy win or a crushing defeat for Mittens in the Ohio election or the nation as a whole I'll find another person on the ballot to vote for. On the other hand if it looks like the election is close and Ohio is the fulcrum on which the electoral college balances on...(shudder). I would hate to have to make that decision once again. My nose is already permanently deformed from having to clamp it shut for the crap the Republican Party puts in front of us and tells us to swallow.

I.... will.... not..... vote.... for.... the..... Marxist....., either one.

The Mittens supporters are going to get a sad awakening when their “messiah” acts just like Barrack Oh-Damn-ya.

Come on, Rick, keep dogging this Marxist-in-conservative-makeup all the way to the convention!

“If these last few months have not convinced everyone that Obama is the worse possible out come, than I don’t know what to say. ABO.”

Maybe after the 2nd term Obama appoints another SCOTUS Justice who reinstates Obamacare AND abolishes the 2nd Amendment rights (remember that Heller was a 5-4 vote!), then they will wake up.

Maybe.

FR needs to purge all “hold my nose and vote romney” types and prepare for the inevitable downsizing. Might be just a couple hundred active posters left but won’t require much bandwidth. At least they will be a few hundred true conservatives.

I will quit the Republican party. The thought of it has become kind of cathartic. I’m embarrassed enough by voting for McCain, I’m not living with the humiliation of voting for Romney like it matters. I’ll be checking out the Constitution Party but will be independent from a party first.
