WASHINGTON (AP) - A White House spokesman says President Barack Obama believes women should be admitted as members to the all-male Augusta National, home of the Masters golf tournament.
White House press secretary Jay Carney says Obama's "personal opinion is that women should be admitted" to the golf club.

Yes, as soon as the he and his Muslim friends allow women into his and their mosques! Or, Christians to have churches in Muslim countries.

The leaders of Augusta should hold their ground and have a press conference announcing that they will it give in to Obama’s demands on this issue.
Well, white folks should be allowed to be members of the CBC, as long as we are going to accept that there should be no discrimination based on sex, color, race, or creed.

A wag the dog statement. Last night it was reported Augusta National might be extending an invitation to a woman. I think ( but cannot swear ) she is the CEO of IBM. Neither party responded when asked.
Please explain what is wrong with something that asks no money from the government wanting to be just for men? For bonus points,, explain why someone should be forced to associate with someone they don’t want to.
And ill just say it, men form such groups, formally and informally, to escape the endless stress women bring into social settings. Can men never escape? Even in a private group?

They were wanting to be served at a public business. Augusta is not a public accommodation, no matter how much u stamp your feet. If 10 of my friends and I form a golf club, own the course, and have a tournament,,, we can invite or exclude anyone we please. Think of it as a christmas party at your house. Nobody has a right if you don’t want them.
You should get your low-T medicated.
So I guess it would be okay if Augusta had continued to exclude blacks as a policy.
Who was the woman who tried to crash the Masters’ a few years ago? I remember El Rushbo had a lot of fun with that.
