At first, the couple claimed that Adkins had a metal pipe that he swung at them -- but it turns out he was holding a dog leash with his yellow lab on the other end. Wha'd'ya know, the "couple" lied. Shocker. Not. How many lies has the FL teenager's family told this far?
I understand that in the moment lots is happening, adrenaline is running and perceptions can be off, but mistaking a leash for a metal pipe is beyond belief.
