Despite 40 years of practicing law, I am no expert when it comes to arguing appeals. But I do know enough not to gratuitously insult and try to humiliate the appellate judges who will decide my client's case.
Apparently they don't teach those fundamentals at Harvard Law School. How else to explain the absolutely boneheaded attempts by President Obama, a past president of the Harvard Law Review, to intimidate the U.S. Supreme Court as it decides the constitutional fate of Obamacare?
And he did this when anyone who could see past his next meal knew that Obamacare, which was being shoved through the Congress, would ultimately wind up before that very same court.
As we used to say in the Organized Crime Strike Force, "That's smart, Freddo, really smart."
How could a president of the United States of America, of all people, not know something so basic about our system of government? Where has he been all these years? Kenya?
How can the so-called smartest president in history be so out of touch with human nature, common sense, and reality as to think that he can intimidate a coordinate branch of government - composed of judges with life tenure - by advancing such a baseless and preposterous argument as the one that he trumpeted to the media?
Now that the president has made a complete fool of himself in public, is it too much to ask that the mainstream media, at long last, begin to question and investigate his much-vaunted credentials as our Genius-in-Chief?

The man finds it difficult to string together a coherent sentence, even with the aid of a teleprompter (without which he is reduced, visibly, to the state of “babbling idiot”).

Obama — may his name be damned for all eternity — is not foolishly attacking a court before they have rule against him. He’s attacking the Supreme Court because he already knows they are going to overturn Obamacare. Hyper dyke Kagan — she with boatloads of idiociy — already told him what the vote was. I’m not even sure he’s trying to intimidate Kennedy into changing his vote. What the Bastard is doing is setting up a re-election meme of attacking the Supreme Court and to lie, bodly lie, and wretchedly lie to deceive the greatest number of goobers he can to advance his Communist, anit-American, anti-Christ, anti-decency, anti-democracy, pro-Muslim agenda.
Obama panders to the poor illiterate black population where the truth is only what you tell them. They are fish on the end of a hook where they took the bait completely and without question.
It is absurd to think Obama doesn’t know what he is doing.

I think he wants a Constitutional crisis. I think he wants a race war. He doesn't have to "win" or even survive. He wants to destroy the country. He's already destroyed the economy. He's broken the social contract. If he can break the entire legal foundation of this country, then he has a trifecta.
His aim is destruction, not outright victory. The destruction of everything is victory enough.

My worry is that Kagan has already told Obama that he won the first vote and he’s grandstanding to make it look like he won by scaring the court.
I just heard (again) an MSM reporter describing the Obamaloon as a “constitutional law professor”.
Nope, he never was, never will be.
He was a lecturer in various dumbo-dumb portions of the law...and not a very good one at that.

What does a community organizer do when he confronts a community that refuses to be organized aka the Supreme Court? You insult them, of course. This is “Rules for Radicals” writ large which has set up an inevitable collision course for a Constitutional crisis.

Trust me, an IQ of 180 is REALLY up there in the stratosphere. The lowest score needed to join MENSA is "only" 132, and that puts you in the "Top 2% of the population". (The average IQ is 90-109)
Furthermore Albert Einstein who came up with that E=mc2 thingy and Special and General Relativity, 'only' had an IQ of 160. So per the lefties Barry is: 'Einstein + 12½%' This for a guy who can't even say Hello without a teleprompter!!
