FYI everyone... As I am an admitted “Birther” (but actually am more of “College Transcriptionist(er?)” I had to reorder my youngest son’s Birth Certificate. American Legion teams require a “raised” seal BC. Well, I ordered, online—from PA Vital Records, which farms out to a company called VitalCheck an official copy. After being made $38.00 poorer, I receive said copy. NO raised seal—but a multi-color print on state seal image...and now I have to also submit (in addition to the “copy” BC) the paperwork that i DID infact order and receive the BC...all for a soon to be 15 year old to play baseball. But...you can “occupy” the Oval Office with basically no scrutiny.
