Mitt Romney made no secret of his irritation at a Wisconsin campaign stop last week, where a Ron Paul supporter baited him with an ostensibly racist verse of Mormon scripture.

But as the political landscape shifts in the coming weeks to pit the first Mormon nominee directly against the nation’s first black president, a new set of voices — black intellectuals and religious leaders, in particular — are beginning to demand that Romney address a subject that’s rarely far from the surface of modern American politics: race.

Maybe so, but those attacks coupled with the constant barrage of attacks on his left-wing, Progressive Liberal record are going to absolutely destroy Mitt Romney's candidacy. That record includes:

1. Implemented/created Gay Marriage in MA
2. Supported and forced Gay Adoption in MA
3. Supported Abortion wholeheartedly
4. Raised taxes/fees over 300% while being Governor of MA
5. Implemented a state-level Cap and Trade system.
6. Supported Man-Made Global Warming
7. Supported the Brady Bill
8. Implemented a state level "Assault" Weapons Bill after the Federal AWB was allowed to expire
9. Supported TARP
10. Supported Amnesty for Illegal Aliens (Citizenship for those already here)
11. Supported McCain-Kennedy(Amenesty)
12. Implemented a socialized medicine in MA called RomneyCare complete with an Individual Mandate and $50 abortions
13. Nominated 27 Democrats (out of 36 nominations) for judgeships in MA, many of them extreme left-wingers

The MSM and Obama have been salivating for the opportunity to face off against Romney and his liberal record. They will waste no opportunity to bash him over his head with his own record until his candidacy is little more than a bloody pulp.

The only thing inevitable about Mitt Romney is that he is the only candidate guaranteed to hand Obama re-election.

The exact reason I have a NEWT sticker on my car and carry around his campaign pact in my purse. Although Newt seems to know he is not going to be the nominee unless of a brokered convention, he is the ONLY candidate I can see debating Obama and winning....and, as we know, the only one Obama fears. So, what do we do???....defeat ourselves when facts are in plain view.

Romney and Santorium will hand the election to Obama just as they do weekly in their campaigns....ugh!

I predict most Americans won't care one way or the other. We've dealt with folks who adhere to other religions ~ that's the American way.

Presumably Romney will be able to hold his own ~ whatever that means in Mormon parlance.

My concern is with the COTFB and their anti-medical care practices. Now that's something to worry about.

She won't have any trouble as long as she's not into Kali worship, and forbid that she should ever switch gods ~ changing your denomination seems to be a losing proposition. Ask Gingrich, Palin and Bachmann ~ possibly even Perry who was being publicly introduced as a Baptist or Methodist, and boy oh boy is that some serious stuff!

I predict that when the vast majority of Americans learn of the blasphemy, heresy and apostasy of mormonism and the fact that Romney expects to be a god someday with his own planet and people to worship him, they will be horrified and either vote for 0bama or not vote at all.

People really don’t care about the intricacies of someone’s religious stuff ~ UNLESS it involves human sacrifice! They might get disturbed to some degree over being against going to a doctor, but maybe not to a dentist.

Thank you for your kind thoughts. I am not at all sure she will decide to get into politics, but hoping she would because of her overall qualities. She makes friends so easily, it is just amazing. She was chosen to be an officer in her sorority in the very first year there as a freshman. She has kept up her grades good enough to be on Dean’s list every quarter. Her major is law and justice, so hoping to pursue a law degree post-graduation next year. She is spending a semester in Spain as an exchange student so can speak Spanish fluently. Best of all, she is the best golfer in the family!

I predict that quite a few Americans will note vote for Romney once they learn what Mormons actually believe. And make no mistake, the MSM will make sure that Americans learn all about Mormonism. And for once the MSM doesn't have to make up the crazy stuff.
