To hell with the GOP-e. Barring a miracle, they got their big government, unconstitutional mandate loving, socialist abortionist Obama-lite RINO on the ballot, they can now get him elected.

We are the resistance!!

Shove him down our throats today, we shove him up your donkeys in November!!

I can see November from my house!!

Wrong. Vote socialism or socialism lite. Same thing one just a bit slower than the other. If Romney or GOP-e is elected many, like you I imagine, will go back to along to get along.

You’ll think you will have accomplished something when in reality you’ll be sleeping while the rest of us kiss America goodbye.

If BHO is elected it will unleash hell from the conservative majority.

Jim, I've been with you since almost the very beginning. I agree with your goals. I'm not sure sitting this one out -- as strongly tempting as it is -- will advance the cause.

Politics mostly means voting for the least worst candidate, not a candidate who's really good.

For me, Obama is the worst worst candidate. Stopping his reelection is job 1.

I arrived here four years ago, with the nomination of John Judas McCain.

And have been working ever since to build a principled, practical alternative to the false flag operation known as the RNC.

How do all of you dead-ender Freepers think you will feel four years from now if Obama leaves office with a 6-3 liberal supreme court that will destroy your nation and constitution for multiple generations. When the checks are removed from the socialists in government there will be no coming back. 2016, 2020, won’t matter, Your awesome new “Conservative 3rd Party” or your tea party takeover of the GOP won’t matter. Even a dream wave of conservatism and revival of limited government, 70% tea party America could not overcome a 6-3 Kagan Court.

...I’m voting for Romney. It will help delay our destruction by a good many years, I have children, they will live as free people under Romney.

Dream on that Romney can win.

Look @ the Martin case. Romney was in an all-out racist org the first 13 years of his adult life. Wait til the MSM & Dems get done with him...Romney won't even get 1/3rd of the vote.

There's simply NOT enough "I'm a socialist, too" votes in this country

There's simply NOT enough "I don't care if I permanently sear my conscience voting for a pro-abortion POTUS" votes in this country

There's simply NOT enough people who will look the other way & vote for a cultist who thinks one day he will be a god & receive worship & prayer.

What? Ya wanna vote for "gods" who set themselves up as rivals -- as idols -- to the living God?

Be my guest. Incur the wrath of God.

The doom and gloom rhetoric that we MUST vote for Romney otherwise Obama will win and he will declare himself dictator for life, and will end life as we know it and blah, blah, blah.

I hate Obama, but if we have to choose between a lame-duck Obama, and a RINO with similar agendas, then yeah. I’ll gladly tell the RINO party to go to Helll; hope the midterms bring in real conservatives; and wait for 2016.

Romney’s socialism is just as deadly as Obama’s. Maybe worse. At least the Republicans will try (or pretend to try) to fight off Obama’s. They’ll happily go along with Romney. Don’t look now but Romney has your children’s futures all planned out for them, just like Obama. They have nothing to fear. One way or the other, the government will take care of them. Cradle to grave.

The best play is to work for the defeat of Obama — even at the price of Romney becoming president. In office, Romney would do much that disappoints and angers us, but he will be susceptible to pressure from the right and from the GOP caucus.

Everyone was talking that way when McCain got the nomination, but be election night everyone on this board was fully behind McCain. I expect it will be the same way this election.

We're still in the anger phase. Bargaining, depression and acceptance will follow.

I know lots of people who refused to vote for the media's favorite "maverick" John McCain last time around because he wasn't a conservative. They all regret it now. All of those people will crawl over broken glass to vote for Willard this time just have a chance of ejecting Hussein from the White House.

We have a 2 party system with no chance of coalition government. That being the case, we will almost always have to vote for the proverbial lesser of 2 evils. It is what it is. For most of us, Ronald Reagan will be the only national level, general election candidate we will ever vote for that we were truly excited about (and had a real chance to win). Sadly, I was too young to vote in 80' and 84' and have had nothing but mushy moderates and RINO's to vote for.

I do think that Mitt will appoint conservative judges and justices...he knows which way the political winds are blowing...as to his everyday agenda..his programs...the GOP will win the Senate, and the Senate GOP caucus will be more conservative...we keep the House, and whether we gain or lose a few seats..and I thin we will gain a few..the Hosue GOP caucus is definitely going to be far more conservative...redsitricting has seen to that..so I’m optimistic about the legislative agenda..

You don’t study history much do you? RINOS and their policies don’t win presidential elections. PERIOD. EVERY freeper could vote Romney in November and he still won’t beat Obama. It’s only an “I told you so” situation because the vast majority of freepers know their history and have sense enough to know he won’t beat Obama. It’s really very simple. So you just get in line like a good little soldier and do what the Republican elitists tell you. Jokes on you though, because the establishment doesn’t give a crap about beating Obama or else they wouldn’t be shoving a loser down our throats.

I've read articles this morning that Newts running around making comments that suggest he’z just about done.

Making nice nice with the Romney camp and suggesting Romney's more than likely the nominee on some talk show.

Have you not seen these articles? Gingrich is apparently running on empty as far as his war chest. Laying off staff and the whole shah-bang.

He may not be in the race come May 29th.

Agreed in total. Which is why I am still praying for Newt. With the right V.P. I think he could swing it. It is going to be close regardless, due to many different factors, but I think once Newt started going one on one with 0, enough folks would come around. Further, if he became the nominee, it would be a whole lot harder for the media to silence him, and when people have the opportunity to actually listen to the man, they would know he is the right one for the job.

May God guide our course.

THAT should have been done during the off year with the man's failing to prove his eligibility. We're in a different nation now. Now it's American until proven otherwise. Obama's not going anywhere even if the God-Father of ObamaCare were to actually win the election. Obama's here to stay. Guaranteed he'll still be President after Jan 20th 2016.

The damage has been done. We cannot pick and chose which parts of the US Constition are to be enforced and which parts are to be ignored. But that's exactly what we did.

Cheers!

I’m increasingly skeptical

that voting makes a significant difference.

There’s too many proven ways they have and can manipulate the figures.

All the more so with one globalist family producing the voting machines that have proven easily hackable.

I remember back when I was in High School when JFK ‘won’ the SElection . . . I felt then that things were rigged . . . as was later proven . . . his dad bought sufficient Chicago votes to put him in and Nixon refused to contest the vote. That was the first SElection I was old enough to bother much about.

Things have gotten ENORMOUSLY WORSE since then.

Rest assured, it will be.

Who knows, it may be time for us to pay for our sins (as a nation). Can our country stoop any lower in degradation than it already has?

The homos, race baiters and communists are taking over. There's a race war going on right now, aided and abetted by the half negro in the white house. His staff and apointees are all Godless race baiters, communists and queers.

As bad as all that is, Romney would be worse. He's a pretender. A pretend Christian, a pretend patriot, he's a pretension as a man.

It's time to start a third party and be ready with a Conservative presidential candidate for 2016.

The republican party is beyond redemption, it needs to be replaced, not repaired. This will be the first presidential election I will not vote republican since I was old enough to vote and I'm now 66 years old. I have a wife, 4 adult children and their spouses and they all feel the same way.

As opposed to a 6-3 liberal majority on the court appointed by Romney?

Romney has appointed liberals at a 6:1 ratio in MA.

6:1 ratio.

You’ve left us conservatives with no options whatsoever, and bad things always happen to the republican party when they screw conservatives over and they abandon core party planks.

Sometimes that means the rise of a third party, and sometimes, like in 1856 - it means the complete destruction of the party.

Like the Whigs, we have 2 pro slavery parties. 2 parties that support abortion, homosexual marriage and forcing people to pay for health care, and exactly zero parties that support constitutional governance.

One of the pro slavery parties needs to die. By nominating Romney, the republicans have put their hands up and said, “me! Me!” I want to die.

Right. Like that is even remotely possible.

There will be no brokered convention because Mitt will have

Sarah will not be riding up to the podium on a white horse to save us nor will Newt take it by acclaimation.

Either Mitt or O will be President, unless ‘something happens’. Each must decide on their own which is worse for the nation.

I’ve come to the same conclusion but different reason.

Voter demographic is against us already with GW Bush flooding the country with illegals, so that is a given. Both Ds and Rs are going to continue that practice.

My fear with Obama is that Obamacare will NEVER be repealed and will become the law of the land, to destroy our nation. With Romney, at least I have a 10% chance or what have you. Romney is a whore and will cave to sufficient pressure. Obama is not a whore. He has genuine conviction to US communism and the advance of Islam.

I see no parallel between Obama and Romney at all. Romney sucks, but Obama is certain death.

Another fear with Obama is, since he is a radical communist Muslim, he is going to stock the Federal government to the rafters with both communists and Muslims and the GOP will not have the legal right to ferret them out and remove them, even if they had the will.

It is one thing to remove politicians and their appointees, but Obama is going to stock the US federal employee base with communists and Muslims who will remain in place to do their damage for the next 40 years.
