I disagree. If BHO is elected the conservate movement will not be responsible for all you mention. If GOP-e is elected conservatives will shoulder the blame when the same things happen.
When Romney appoints waffling, moderate at best, SCOTUS The Republic will be no better off.

If BHO is re-elected then every single American who voted for him or who wasted a vote against him by sitting out or going third party WILL be responsible.
They can brag to their grand-children about the principled stance they took as America died. The kids won't be hard to find....everybody will be living in the same government housing.
