President Bashar Assad is an evil thug who hates America, hates Jews, and hates everything good in the world. Sadly, his enemies have given no evidence that they are any better. Why would we get involved in yet another civil war - because the “pro-democracy” “Arab Spring” turned out so well in Egypt and in Libya?
Senatecritters are the last people we should pay attention to, especially when it comes to muslim affaires.
Lieberman and McQueeg should both STFU and tend to problems at home. The U.S. should never have gotten invovled in the ME so-called Arab Spring in the first place. None of the muzzie groups are friendly toward the U.S., and any intervention we do will come back and bite us in the arse.
But it worked so well for Lawrence of Arabia. A movie said so. Oh, wait. The only problem is its not just muslims killing muslims, but muslims killing Christians. And I am certainly no cheerleader for Assad, but he did open up his borders to allow Christians from Iraq to enter Syria and get away from the muslims in Iraq that were trying to murder them.
I have read elsewhere that Assad is fighting against rebel muslims and trying to protect the Christians. Whether that is true or not Ihavent a clue, but I do know I don’t trust the MSM.
Arm the Israelis and let them take down assad...then they can have unfettered access to Tehran
