Former House speaker Newt Gingrich might not be on the ballot for the June 26 Utah primary, because his check for the $500 filing fee bounced. If the fee isn’t paid by April 20, he will be disqualified.

It doesn’t matter, in fact, if you are unable to manage a 500 buck payment without a rubber check, a person should be embarrassed to call themself a conservative.
If a person does not have the money to write a check, you do not write a check. Easy, right?
