Well I think it’s pretty obvious this GOP coward will feed the mob. And it’s also strange Zimmerman supposedly disappeared according to his former lawyers. They probably got word charges were coming down soon.

The prosecutor would not have to reveal “new information” to charge him. They would reveal new information to NOT charge him.
Zimmerman walks and he is going to walk right into civil attorneys offices and sue NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, CNN.

"Well I think its pretty obvious this GOP coward will feed the mob."And you're basing this opinion on what, exactly? How is it obvious and why are you calling the prosecutor a coward?

Hes going down. At this point, he's hurting himself by not following his ex-lawyers' advice, though he must be under tremendous stress.

"In a statement released late Tuesday, Prosecutor Angela Corey didn't specifically say what the announcement will be."For crying out loud ... why would she issue a statement saying that she will announce something in 72 hours, if the statement contains specifically what she will announce? Are journalists actually *this* damn stupid?

72 hours brings us to Friday afternoon. A nice long weekend of trouble if she declares she will not indict.

I think Zimmerman and his former lawyers have been tipped off that charges won’t be filed. This gives them a head start away from the black mobs.

You are right. It is not always that the GOP folds their tent and tries to act like Democrats. Most of the time, however, you can count on the GOP to disappoint.
To: Moonman62
his "lawyers" imo didn't seem all that impressive....his father is a judge....I'm sure he's advising his son what to do....
besides....Z called the prosecutors office and they didn't want to talk with him....
he has done nothing wrong and shouldn't be charged...
charging him would be a crime in itself....

The fact this has been investigated TWICE already, and from all I have read there isn’t anything to point away from a self defense claim..UNLESS there are “new witnesses” that all of a sudden remembered Zimmerman was on top of Martin and shot him for no reason. I think statements and witnesses AT THE TIME it happened are more reliable don’t you?

Everything I’ve read and heard points to the shooting being justified. A whole lot of screeching and attempts to create doubt regarding the few straightforward, factual bits of information known, combined with outright, baldfaced propaganda from many media outlets have poisoned the well.
If there are charges forthcoming, either they’re based upon heretofore unreleased information, or they’re purely political in the hopes of calming the mob. The mob has a bounty on the man’s head, though. They won’t be calmed by anything short of a murder conviction.
Jail time for Zimmerman would be tantamount to a death sentence.
To: dewawi
What about “new” witnesses that all of a sudden decided they saw something that makes Zimmerman look like a liar and she’s announcing it in order to justify why after HER investigation there is charges, because there were no charges brought the other two times it was investigated.

I don’t know this prosecutor, but she looks like a pretty tough Republican. Whether that means anything these days remains to be seen. But this strikes me as a lose/lose situation for a Republican governor. Whatever the decision, the press or his base will be all over him.
Either he offends the race baiters and the media, or he offends his conservative base, and maybe at least the conservative Cuban Hispanics, who are also part of his base.

George Zimmerman is hiding to save his life. He will be in even more danger if he’s not charged. Kind of a no win sit for him.

Why wouldn’t a prosecutor want to talk to the person they’re supposedly investigating. Because, once he has legal representation and they do it without his lawyers present, anything he says will be inadmissable at trial.

Those who think that charges will be brought mainly to satisfy the mob need to consider that there is NOTHING that will ever satisfy the mob, not even a dead Zimmerman. My hope is that the prosecutor bases her decision 100% on the facts and nothing more.

The infamous Friday document dropIf you want to bury some news then Friday afternoon is a good time to do it.
In this case Friday afternoon is the worst time to do it. The mob is ready to spring into action. They'll probably riot and loot no matter what the decision is.

You predictors of people rioting have been bitterly disappointed so far and I say that your wishes for riots will turn to ashes in your mouths as the conscience of Zimmerman forces him to tell the truth.
Prayer is solving this situation and the pressure of those prayers for justice is messing with Zimmerman's mind.
Why else would he run? He is trying to outrun the truth. But God is the final judge. And Zimmerman is standing in the docket.

I'm no psychic, just a man who believes in God, justice and the truth.
And God saw what Zimmerman did that night and will render his unfailing justice. Your silly opinion is like the buzzing of flies in my ears.
Zimmerman's actions are revealing the truth and it is making you angry.

And Obama still says nothing except his “if I had a son” fomenting comment. As President he sits back and lets all of this stew into possible riots when it even has come out that the media lied about what actually took place. He waits for riots rather than try to decrease violence. He is derelict in his duty as leader of our Nation. He had better not come out with statements of peace after the fact if he doesn’t do anything to prevent violence in the first place.

Left and right don't have a thing to do with this discussion. All we know is that a young man is dead at the hands of Zimmerman and all we have heard is his version of events for the shooting. And as anyone can tell you there are two sides to this shooting
Unfortunately people like you have chosen to accept one side, Zimmerman's side as the truth in this matter.
But there was another set of eyes watching that shooting that night and those were the eyes of God. He saw what Zimmerman did and I rely on His justice. And justice will be done in the end.
The cry for justice is the purpose of all those prayer vigils being conducted around the country
And your flippant attitude and wishes for riots in the streets cannot deflect the justice that God will render in the end.
Zimmerman took a life. And he will have to answer for what he took be it in this life or the next.
That's the way it works
