Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey plans to announce as early as Wednesday afternoon that she is charging neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, according to a law enforcement official close to the investigation.

I really hope this isn’t true.

Unfortunately, this thing will be dragged out for years before the riots. Better just to not charge him and get the riots over with. After hearing about Casey Anthony for years, I’m not ready for another 3 year circus.
I hope Zimmerman got a new lawyer who is working in silence and secret.
I also hope the SP takes him into custody first, before announcing the charges.
But mostly I hope this “leak” is a ruse to fake out and reduce the crowd size for when she announces “no charges”.
Zimmerman is guilty of being white, and having killed a black who attacked him. Collectivists are determined to not allow this to be a “good shoot” because they dread Americans being willing to defend their lives.
This Prosecutrix is a de facto collectivist.
Holder should have been indicted first.

Rediculous! How can she charge him knowing it will be hard to convict him with a jury! It was self defense. This is going to be a bigger mess then it already has been. Good grief!

They will charge him with something like willful negligent homicide, simply by being a neighborhood watch-men with a gun... they will argue that if he had no gun, he would not have been embolden to "actively persue" Trayvon, even though Trayvon took the offensive and assaulted Zimmerman. They will likely get a conviction too... ain't no jury going to acquit, not against the threat of riots in the streets.
Now the Martins can sue the HOA and the city of Sanford based on Florida law. It’s about the money! Believe me! Doesn’t require a conviction, merely an arrest.

Do think his lawyers and family must know he is safe; otherwise; they would be fearing - per his 'disappearance'- for his life.

It is my understanding that without a grand jury there can be no capital murder charge.

Here we have Obama and Holder dictating a Florida prosecutor to indict Capt. Zimmerman based entirely on racist hatred.
If he goes to trial, Capt. Zimmerman will be found not guilty as juries tend not to convict law enforcement heroes for actions taken while on duty.
