Maybe he’s in Thailand. He could live a nice peaceful life there. He could pass for Thai. No one would bother him. He would fit right in with the rest of the expatriots in the country.

The peremptory challenges during jury selection are going to be interesting to watch.
The defense will use these challenges to exclude blacks.
The prosecution will use them to exclude -hispanics-.
Will that leave a disproportionately “white-majority” jury?
