Notice: Free Republic has been in full rebellion mode since 2008 and will remain in full rebellion mode for the duration!

No more Doles!! No more McCains!! No more RINOS!!

NO ROMNEY!!

Those who cannot stomach rebellion might as well start looking for a new home on the net!!

Those who have ignored my hundreds of posts on this crucial issue or who have doubted me these last three or four years might as well get used to it. FR will never support the abortionist, homosexualist, socialist, mandate loving, constitution trampling liar Mitt Romney.

In case you haven't noticed, a TEA Party rebellion is on and Free Republic signed on years ago. There is no turning back. No more crap from the GOP-e!! They've screwed us for the last time!! Karl Rove and Mitt Romney, et al, loathe conservatism and loathe the tea party and took it upon themselves to use their money and connections to destroy nearly every one of our conservative tea party candidates while pushing their big government RINOS. That makes them the enemy. I will not reward that betrayal by giving them my support or my vote.

FR is and will remain a pro-life, pro-limited government conservative site!!

We are beholden to NO ONE!! We bow to no kings!! We bow to NO RINOS!!

I'd rather fight and die like a man than bend over and be screwed by a RINO!! I refuse to kiss Karl Rove or Mitt Romney's rings!! They can kiss my rosy red ass instead!!

FUMR!! FUGOP!!

Long live the rebellion!!

Hope my message is clear.

The question is, will we fight?

We MUST fight. The difference between the two parties is clear:

.Romney being shoved down our throats by the GOP

.Communisn/Marxism being shoved down our throats by Obama (who still hasn't been properly vetted)

Neither candidate is acceptable and both represent liberal governance. The Tea Party must renew itself and start to back Gingrich with everything its got. Time is short, but look at what we did that the GOP gave us no credit for!!!!!! They think we're gone/done. They need a wakeup call and so do we.

My Godfather died at 33, a POW in a German POW camp a week before it was liberated. I remember as a child the photos in our weekly Life magazine the unimaginable horror of the Bataan Death March, the slaughter of our troops on the islands in the Pacific, the carnage on Normandy Beach, the Burma campaign, the terrible news about World War II. Then Korea and Vietnam, the casualties, the deaths, the missing, the broken bodies and minds. Now we have the Gulf War, Iraq and Afghanistan with more of the same. To say nothing of the heartache and broken families.

Obama is spitting on the graves of each and every hero who fought for his/her country, to keep us all free and safe. He’s running our country into the toilet. For the first time in 78 years I am truly terrified for my family and all the other families who make up our great nation. It really won’t matter how many people are banned from this site because if he gets in again it will be one of the first to be struck down by another of his abuses of Executive Power. He has only just begun to rule.

I believe in right and wrong. I believe that Romney, by his actions, promotes things that are every bit as anti-American as Obama. I base that on his ACTUAL RECORD.

I would have to say to myself “Norm, everything you ever stood for, every thing you believe is wrong. None of it matters.”

I would have to, now lets be honest here, ACCEPT, by way of my vote, that Abortion, gay marriage, socialism, the complete welfare state, anti-gun beliefs and the rest are ACCEPTABLE, because my vote for a man who PROMOTES those ideals and has a RECORD OF DOING SO ...says that I do.

People can make excuses all they want and justify their cowardace till the cows come home. That’s their choice. I will not abandon everything I believe in, nor will I stand one day before God and try convincing him I didn’t really help send him all those dead babies.

You can. That’s your choice.

Crystal Clear... a rarity these days. Thank God for Patriots such as yourself...and I pray to God they will not be so rare in the troubling times ahead for our Free Republic.

God Bless FReepers.

When we lose permanently is when we cave in to the demands of the other side and surrender by giving them a candidate almost as liberal as they are. That’s called giving up.

A successful Romney either means 8 years or more of a new liberalized GOP, or it means 4 years of a crummy, uninspiring presidency after which Obama or another liberal Democrat comes back in 2016 and wins a resounding victory with full power to implement the most liberal agenda possible.

If Obama wins, we could possibly keep gridlocking him like we have since 2010 and minimize the damage he does. One good thing about his sycophantic supporters, they’re too shallow in their thinking to show up to vote for mid-terms. And once Obama’s gone, chances are they won’t find another Democrat who hypnotizes them the way he did.

Bottom line is Romney is SUCH a bad candidate that chances are he will not win. Therefore it would be throwing your time and money down the crapper to try to support him. All our effort should go into stopping him from getting the nomination by backing Newt, and if he does get it, then to backing conservative Congressional candidates.

A conservative that has no conservative republican candidate to vote for, and a RINO, are hardly the same thing.

Come on, please. It’s not advocating for Romney, who I did not vote for in my state’s primary, but to equate the two like this is just not accurate. One is desperate for a conservative candidate to vote for who can also win, the other has no desire to vote for a conservative candidate because like a democrat, they HATE conservatives.

Personally I would love a great conservative candidate to vote for who can win. I voted for one in my state’s primary. He just suspended his campaign. I want to know what the plan is to get a conservative candidate on the ballot is. How do we not get railroaded with Romney?

I’m not stupid enough to believe Romney is any better than Zero. Both are pro abortion socialist POS. Some of us with integrity and principles don’t whore ourselves out for a slightly different shades of fail.

As a matter of fact a Romney admin will only emboldens losers like Boner and Turkey Chin McConnell. With Zero they would at least show some token opposition. With Romney they will fully embrace his liberal agenda.

Furthermore if you think the GOP-e is bad now, wait until Romney is able to pack it with his brand of liberal socialist Republicans. I can guarantee you conservatives will be target number 1 for suppression.

Go pimp your political whore Romney elsewhere and talk about the nuanced differences between he and Zero.

FUMR and FU Romneywhores!

“He (Romney)is nothing but a white version of Obama.”

While both are Saul Alinsky commies, Obama is a Muslim, Romney is not.

Wunderbar.

Be still, my gag reflex.

I guess this is one of those issues that folks will simply not agree on. There are reasons why many of us are going to bite the bullet and vote for Romney, just as their are reasons/convictions of those who will not. Things will play out as they will.

God help our nation.

I don't like Romney.

But I will pull the lever against Obama because I do not want to see Moochelle's triumphant face on TV for another 4 long years.

I would have loved to vote for the specific folks you mentioned.

The problem is none of them had the balls to run. Ryan is from my state and he’s great. He had no desire at all to run. Our top people were scared sh1tless and did not even stick a toe into the pool.

You can’t vote for someone who doesn’t want to get into the race. People were all begging these folks to jump in.

Best the fight occurs before the population of acculturated Americans vanishes from this land - what say you, FReepers?

I don't understand what you are proposing - a general strike? Stop paying taxes? Armed rebellion? What is it that we are supposed to do?

Did you REALLY just use a vulgar term of insult against the owner of this website? You have a lot of nerve calling someone else a little boy.

why is "little boy" derogatory??? I am the father of three boys and I recognize the "my way, or no way" attitude that little boys express. I don't care who it is, the election is coming up in November, whine all you like, pout a little if you must, scream as loud as you like.....but you will either vote for Obama or Romney....even if you don't vote. If you can stand another 4 years of the idiot in chief, go for it.....if not, vote for Romney.......and you know I'm right....I always am.

How do we not get railroaded? Simple. We stop making the same F’ing mistakes that get a man like him in the position.

If we continue voting for the Doles/McCains (and yes I made that mistake-never again) and Romneys, why pray tell does anyone with the ability to think critically, come to the conclusion that continuing that will yeild a different result...aka a conservative?

We have to take the hit. And if that hit is fatal, it’s our own damn fault. Because WE created the conditions by allowing the GOP to rule us with liberals. We CANNOT further embolden the process that results in Romney.

Personally, I say we write in Palin, whether she wants it orr not and push/publicize that campaign as a protest. If Newt fails, that’s all we can do.

LOOK, If you want to beat the GOPe, you have to STOP voting for them. It's not about finding the right conservative candidate. It's about taking the party AWAY from the GOPe.

Without strong, engaged, conservative, voters, GOPe CAN'T WIN! They can't pass anything in Congress either.

We have the power RIGHT NOW! We just have to show them that we are willing USE it.

The argument of “If you don't vote for Romney, what, are you gonna vote for Obama?” NO! You write in a protest vote for Palin, Allen West, Newt, etc. Vote R for Congress, Governor, etc. YOU DON'T VOTE FOR ROMNEY.

“But Obama will win” News Flash..... He's gonna win anyway!
Romney is a loser. BROKEN ARROW!!! It's our only hope.

Maybe Sarah or Newt can still save us, but in no case will I vote for Bob John Romney AGAIN!

I’ll second those sentiments. You nailed it square on the head. An abortionist/socialist president Romney will set back the conservative movement a generation or more. Forty years of wandering in the wilderness.

No thanks!! NO ROMNEY!!

We are the resistance!!
