Notice: Free Republic has been in full rebellion mode since 2008 and will remain in full rebellion mode for the duration!

No more Doles!! No more McCains!! No more RINOS!!

NO ROMNEY!!

Those who cannot stomach rebellion might as well start looking for a new home on the net!!

Those who have ignored my hundreds of posts on this crucial issue or who have doubted me these last three or four years might as well get used to it. FR will never support the abortionist, homosexualist, socialist, mandate loving, constitution trampling liar Mitt Romney.

In case you haven't noticed, a TEA Party rebellion is on and Free Republic signed on years ago. There is no turning back. No more crap from the GOP-e!! They've screwed us for the last time!! Karl Rove and Mitt Romney, et al, loathe conservatism and loathe the tea party and took it upon themselves to use their money and connections to destroy nearly every one of our conservative tea party candidates while pushing their big government RINOS. That makes them the enemy. I will not reward that betrayal by giving them my support or my vote.

FR is and will remain a pro-life, pro-limited government conservative site!!

We are beholden to NO ONE!! We bow to no kings!! We bow to NO RINOS!!

I'd rather fight and die like a man than bend over and be screwed by a RINO!! I refuse to kiss Karl Rove or Mitt Romney's rings!! They can kiss my rosy red ass instead!!

FUMR!! FUGOP!!

Long live the rebellion!!

Hope my message is clear.

Trollhenge awaits! The porcelain receptacle has lotsa’ room for Romneybots.

If a retread is zotted, doth their putrid soul go hither to fell Trollhenge, or to some other, darker horror? How doth the trollith escape the bounds of that netherworld, to infiltrate the world of light again anyway?

I have pondered these questions long and hard, but my meditations have only led me into deeper mysteries of the Valkyrie...

But if it comes to giving Obama 4 more years to finish destroying this country, I will hold my nose and vote for Romney.

I voted Palin/McCain on that philosophy, but no more.

It occurs to me that that kind of thinking and voting is what's given us the current GOP mentality we see now. They're putting forth RINO candidates because we as conservatives and ( now becoming former) Republicans went along with it, voting for the progressively liberal options they offered us.

I suspect that if we had put our collective foot down many years ago, we wouldn't be in this mess today. We're here because the GOP has learned that we WILL hold our noses and vote party to keep the the dems out of office. We can't keep this up forever. There has to reach a time where we say enough is enough, let the chips fall where they may and stand up for truth and freedom and getting this country back on track.

The Colonists had a bigger fight on their hands than we do and they won. We can too.

So, no more voting for RINO'S for me.

Thanks Jim. Your post 296 fleshed it out nicely.

We need to deny Romney.

You, and us together can start a spark of rebellion in the whole GOP.

It is not written in stone that Romney will be the nominee, no matter how much Fox News, Rove, Hume, and others say so.

We need to do all of the things in your post 296, and I wish you could post an amalgam of post 1 and post 296 as a new masthead for FreeRepublic.

This is where we can be the most effective right—deny Romney the nomination.

To me, sending Newt to Tampa opens all sorts of possibilities. I don’t worry about not having enough time between Tampa and election day to defeat Obama IF WE HAVE THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

We agree Romney is the wrong candidate.

This election is too important to give up on yet. Newt, Sarah, West and other great conservatives can blow this convention wide open and change the course of history.

FreeRepublic changed the course of history before—in 1998 when you led the charge to impeach Clinton with the March for Justice, and again in 2004 when our beloved Buckhead blew the whistle on Dan Rather and the false Texas ANG letter——and maybe we are destined to change history again.

This spark of rebellion could light a flame that exposes the discontent with Willard across the country. We can deny the powers that be their Romney coronation.

A small fulcrum in the right place can move a lever in a mighty way. FreeRepublic can be that lever.

Newt is a long shot, but not an impossible one. You were for him once—are you still in?

I am.

To Tampa with Newt, and to Golub with Romney!

Thanks for the post, and for a place to land day after day. I dread the thought of another 4 years of Obama. But I cannot support a RINO. Does that equal a vote for The One, The Chosen, The King? I don’t think so, and I’m willing to take that risk. Honestly, I think the election has been decided. Fraud will be rampant. I don’t think honest or valid elections exist anymore. I have to be true to what I believe, and I cannot vote for MR.

Still hoping for a Newt miracle...

I’ll gladly give more $$$. I count on my daily dose of Free Republic to maintain my sanity and belief in humanity.

“The election is about 7 months off, who are you going to back financially to the extent that he/she can mount a viable opposition to the Republican candidate???? Become at least a little realistic...the election is in November....you will have two candidates to choose from...one will be President Obama and the other will be Mitt Romney....you don't have to like it, you don't have to agree with it, you can wish that it isn't so, you can hope that an asteroid hits the Earth, you can do whatever....but your choice will be between Romney and Obama....so sad.”

Vote for Romney because you got mocked for liking Palin?

Heck, I disowned two siblings (brothers in Ohio) this week when I learned they planned to vote for Obama in November. My vote and my husband's will cancel theirs out. People who have no regard for the future of America (even if family members) are destroying the world our grandchildren will call theirs one day. It's the least we can do for them (and for the land we love). Obama told Medevev he'd have flexibility after the election - he's very sure Romney will not win. With Holder at his backside (bad visual), anything is possible.

Well, I’ve seen speculation that Rove doesn’t really care who wins the presidency. He’s mainly interested in killing the tea party because we are a direct threat to the RINO GOP-e hold on power. This may be pretty close to the truth.

Exactly!

I told people way back when that Rick Perry had a list of the folks that needed to be purged.

Sadly he was run out on a rail here at FR

But he just kicked the EPA in the nuts a couple of weeks ago.
He still has the list.

Like I said before, Personally, I say we write in Palin, whether she wants it orr not and push/publicize that campaign as a protest. If Newt fails, that’s all we can do.

Well we had plenty of candidates we begged to run, but didn’t. Young bloods, fresh faces, rising stars. None hopped in. We did do our part. Ryan who has been reelected a number of times and is brilliant, could not be convinced to run, even after he’s handed Obama it several times face to face. Christie, no. Jindal, no. Rubio, no. Palin, no. The tea party was behind these folks. We’d love to vote for one of them. They didn’t want to come to the dance.

It’s all well and good and you’re right we need to get people in from the bottom up, but when they get big and there’s a vacuum in the leadership and people are begging them to run and they don’t, it isn’t the tea party peoples’ fault.

“So for those pissed about Mittens I’m with you all, but if there is even one conservative you can vote for with a solid consciousness go out and vote, even if you leave everything else blank! As a grassroots effort we need to start focusing on conservatives at the state level.”

Totally with you. There is no way I would miss voting this cycle anyway. I relish the opportunity to vote against the NWO candidate, Barillard Robama. But most importantly, the ‘heads they win, tails we lose’ top of the ticket makes the downticket the most important it has ever been in my lifetime.

Good grief! How many times does she have to say “NO”? I want you to clean my toilets so I’m going to write your name down for that job over and over but you don’t want that job.....get it? Newt wants the job....write his name in and relax.

Personally who would want the job? ☺

I decided 25 years ago that Management is 10% of the (pain in the ass) people taking up 90% of your time for 5% more pay.
