Amid a massive backlash from the American public and a stampeding retreat from her supporters, Democratic National Committee advisor Hilary Rosen backtracked from her words about Ann Romney last night on CNN, stating a few moments ago, “As a pundit, I know my words on CNN last night were poorly chosen … I apologize to Ann Romney.” The report of that statement comes from Jim Acosta at CNN.
The question is whether the Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee will apologize to Romney, and whether they will fire Rosen over this incident. Rosen has long been associated with the Obama team and the DNC, and her apology means virtually nothing given the fact that she has defended her comments at length over the past 24 hours. Only pressure from inside the Obama campaign and DNC forced this apology. Even then, she apologized to Romney for her wording, not for the point she was making.

Hillary Rosen is a vicious viper. All of her kind are in need of therapy. They all are baby killers and that’s where all their problems start. They hate babies so they want to abort all of them. Anyway, Kennedy fumbled a reply that no one really understood. But he said later he knew he had the election won when, right after the debate, an older gentleman approached him and mentioned what McCormick said, and told Ted, “Don't worry about it - you haven't missed a thing.”
Well, McCormick lost that election, of course, even with zingers like, “If your name were Edward Moore instead of Edward Moore Kennedy, this race would be a joke!”
But returning to the point in question, it's obvious Democrats view “work” quite differently than the rest of us normal people, and we would do very well to keep this in the public eye until election day.
They'll deny it (Deny! Deny! Deny!!!), occasionally fumble and stumble, and offer up the obligatory half-assed apology, but keep the pressure on, and in all likelihood, we'll see very entertaining self-destruction occur before our very eyes!

Like the vast, overwhelming majority of Americans, I don’t watch CNN. What exactly did she say? The Big Government article doesn’t state what Rosen said or have a link to the transcript. The only thing I can figure out is that she was forced to apologize about something she said on a station that very few people watch about stay at home moms.

Oh yea, Moochelle has defended Ann Romney....I’m sure she doesn’t want people to start to talk about the fact that she is a millionaire.....who had a fairly wealthy upbringing, has no job.....and still can’t be bothered to raise her own children, instead using her mother as an indentured servant while she runs around in boob belts trying to become a television star.....
