Axelrod to CNN: Rosen is 'your employee, not ours'
Politico ^ | 4/12/12 | JENNIFER EPSTEIN |

Obama campaign senior strategist David Axelrod suggested Thursday that the Romney campaign jumped on Hilary Rosen's comments "like a raft in the deep blue sea" as they drown in "their own problems."

"It was an unfortunate comment," Axelrod said on CNN's "John King USA," following up on a Wednesday night tweet in which he described Rosen's remarks -- made on CNN -- as "inappropriate and offensive."

Axelrod reminded King that Rosen is "your employee, not ours."

Though some Romney supporters have identified Rosen as an Obama adviser, Axelrod noted that "she works for CNN. CNN, I think, wouldn't allow her to be an operative for our campaign or the DNC."

” Axelrod to CNN: Rosen is ‘your employee, not ours’ “

A perfect example of “distinction without a difference”....

Axelrod reminded King that Rosen is "your employee, not ours."

Yeah, but you can understand why they might have lost track of that detail.

How does one distinguish a White House employee from a CNN employee?

“This is going to become a tar baby that will turn the woman thing around. If only they knew how to play this.”

It’s not a given that our side does, either. My view can be summarized by “pit bull-—leg”. I hope to be so joyously annoyed by this story that even Geo Zimmerman fades from memory.

Btw, you can tell Axelrod’s really, really pissed. Breaks my heart.

CNN, I think, wouldn't allow her to be an operative for our campaign or the DNC.

All of CNN are operatives of the campaign / DNC

What interesting is that Hilary Rosen apparently donated a bunch of money to Mark Foley... the Archduke Ferdinand of the 2006 election. And who woulda thought, right?

WH operatives in the liberal media operate under a “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy.
Of course, there are those who are very open and indiscreet about their “orientation”: Matthews. Williams, Schultz, to name a few.

If Rosen is a CNN employee and doesn’t speak for the WH.... Why would Obama, Biden, the Wookie make a statement to clarify their positions ....

Axelrod noted that "she works for CNN. CNN, I think, wouldn't allow her to be an operative for our campaign or the DNC."

Don't know why that would stop her. Most of her compatriots at CNN, and the rest of the MSM, are in the tank for Obama, why wouldn't she be, as well?

How does one distinguish a White House employee from a CNN employee?

By the size of their paycheck?

Axelrod telling CNN that “Rosen is your employee, not ours” means that the White House thinks Rosen screwed the pooch enough to make her radioactive in their fake war on women.

Therefore, Dear Leader Barry and Davie Axelrod are throwing Hilary Rosen under the bus wheels. The idea is to bury this failed strategy and gin up another diversion for the MSM to run with.

Isn’t the liberal news media getting tired of this Administration BS? I would imagine they would be.

By the way, does CNN employ all three of Carney’s “Hilary Rosens”?

So Ann Romney is chastised for being a stay at home Mom and Sarah Palin was repeatedly chastised as a working Mom.

So all CNN employees have gone to the White House at least 35 times since Obama was elected?
