Free Republic Shows Us How To Give Obama Another 4 Years ( LOL Alert)
http://www.hapblog.com/ ^ | April 14, 2012 | HAP

Posted on 04/14/2012 10:23:11 PM PDT by Para-Ord.45

I've never seen anything close to the hatred of Mitt Romney than I see at FR. The hatred exceeds anything I've seen or heard from Debbie Wasserman Schultz, David Axelrod, David Plouffe or anybody else in the Obama Administration. Most of the people who can't stand Romney on our side say he'd still be much better than another 4 years of Barack Obama who will never have to face the voters again. You won't find that at FR.

Free Republic Jim Robinson: "A reminder for those who are not receiving the message:

Romney is a pathological compulsive liar. Lie after lie papered over with more lies. Doesn’t even flinch when caught in bald faced lies, simply tells another big whopper to cover up or dodge the issue. Funny thing, the man actually seems to believe his own latest lies and simply ignores the glaring record of his past actions/lies. And you have true blue establishment elite RINO Republicans like Karl Rove enabling and backing up his lies. Their motivation is simply to hang on to power (and riches) any way they can.

I’ve stated many times since Romney started running for the presidency way back when that I’d never vote for him and I will not. He cannot lie his way out of his decades long record of support for abortion, Roe v Wade, planned parenthood, gay rights, gun control, global warming, amnesty, liberal judges, big government, compulsory or socialized health care (RomneyCommieCare), mandates, Keynesian economics, support and approval of TARP, bailouts, stimulus packages, i.e, every damn liberal progressive issue that comes down the pike.

Screw Romney!! I absolutely will not support or vote for a proven compulsive liar with a known record of abortion and big government socialism, liberal appointments"

Another post (Jim Robinson):

Way to tell 'em! Then on the morning of November 7th, when Barack Obama has been reelected President for a second term, we all can high-five each other and say we stopped that establishment RINO! Makes ZERO sense. .

Another blog pimp, pffft. When Socialism fails as it always does, ‘tis better to have the (D) at the wheel. Sorry if you can't see the strategy of crashing a failed system ASAP. All Mittens does is prolong the agony and continue the failure that is Socialism. Neither party is interested in capitalism. Only a fool thinks a GOP Socialist is better than a ‘Rat Socialist.

It is more like 100 miles per hour and 95 miles per hour. Will you be able to tell the difference from the wreckage?

This article is just more proof of why we are in the mess we are in. It was the same argument starting many years ago. And here we are. Right where we deserve to be. Because we were willing to throw away our principles.

This guy obviously doesn’t get it.

The choice between RINO Romney and 0bama is like voting for a turd sandwich or a giant douche.

Basically, if Romney wins, his liberal RINO stances corrupt the party of Reagan and turn Republicanism into the party of socialized medicine, gun grabbing and gay rights.

I for one don’t want to be part of that Republican party.

That can be almost worse than four more years of 0bama with a good conservative opposition blocking his shameful liberal agenda.

While ultimately, I hope the Republicans take the White House, I refuse to go along with the RINO establishment hijack of the party. They’ll have to get there without my vote. I refuse to waste my vote on another RINO.

I’ve been down that road - more times than I want to remember - but I’m not doing it again. I cannot remember an election in which I didn’t hold my nose and vote for the lesser of two evils - but I’m not doing it again. This time - and it may very well be the last time for me - I’m voting for the person I believe will do the best job of leading this country. If that person doesn’t happen to have his/her name printed on the ballot... Well, I’ll still be able to look at an honest man in the mirror each morning.

Zero sense?

Your premise is all wrong. If we vote for Romney, just like we did for Dole and McCain, that Romney will win. Dole didn't win. McCain didn't win. Why do you think that third time is the charm? Deja vu all over again.

If Conservative voters, all voters for that matter, aren't excited about their candidate, they won't go out of their way to work for, donate to, or vote for that candidate.

FR can't do anything about that. Apathy exists towards Romney, probably even more so than it did for McCain.

If Mittens Gump chooses another moderate as his running mate, I might have to stay home. If he chooses a strong conservative, then I will vote like I did for Sarah.

I hope Romney chooses a strong conservative, because I know a staying home is a vote for Marxist Obama the Destroyer of Liberty.

LOL! I honestly think the basis for Barillard Robama as is so that with one we lose, and with the other they win.

Romney’s record as governor is to the LEFT of Bill Clinton’s and Jimmy Carter’s. If Willard is the nominee, the Democrat primary is held in November.

Okay, maybe a better metaphor would be falling off a cliff.

It doesn't matter if it's a 500-foot drop (Romney) or a 1000-foot drop (Obama), you'll still go splat when you hit the bottom.

Obama's intentions for our nation might be more malicious than Romney's, but either option will have a severe impact upon us.

Those that would vote for Romney are blinded by their collective hate for the Kenyan.

They would gain nothing and possibly lose everything by allowing Romney the office.

He is the Julia Gillard for the US.

His principles are vacuous, ergo, a man without a conscience. Both the Kenyan and Romney are products of pagan ideology. Both undermine this countries principles. Let us pray for an open convention. In fact, let us work to open it.

There's a chance the Republic might survive 500', but not 1000'. But, actually, the ratio is much worse than 1 to 2.

In any case, it's not over. Newt's still in the race. Willard could still fail to win on the first ballot. The delegates could still come to their senses and nominate Newt (or anybody but Mittens).

Obama's intentions for our nation might be more malicious than Romney's

You have such a gift for understatement!

No its like this. You are about to be hurt by an enemy who gives you two choices. You can be punched in the face with brass knuckles right now, which is going to break bones, break teeth, hurt like hell and do no good at all, but will be over sooner; or you can be injected with AIDS which won’t hurt much right now, will buy some time, won’t take effect right away, but will run through every system that you have and you will never be rid of.

Yes! Newt IS still in the race.

Newt loves life and the Constitutional principle of liberty enough that he would never use the government to coerce people into performing abortions - as both Romney and Obama have/would. He also realizes the danger we face from Islamists - which is not true of either Obama or Romney, OR Ron Paul.

RIGHT NOW is the time to back Newt Gingrich. Because he “gets” what this country has stood for, and the world desperately needs America to be America right now. We can’t survive living upside-down so long.
