Oh here we go again!...you know most people understand that Obama is NOT in this Republican Primary race. This Primary race is now between Newt, Romney and Paul....three Republican candidates...though Romney just wears the name.
A vote FOR Romney is a vote AGAINST Newt,or Paul, not Obama ...heis not in this race....he gets no votes whatsoever....and that's just the fact....
Sheesh! You get the opinion a Romney/Obama ticket is a Dream ticket from the way some here go about teaming the two together.... in a Republican Primary no less on a Conservative Web site ta-boot!!
How foolish is that? I'm mean REALLY some things just defy imagination.....
You are really welcome to think whatever you like but I strongly disagree. I recognize that in a two person race between Zero and Romney, the decision not to vote is the same as a decision to cast a vote for the winner and frankly, if it made any difference, I would vote for Zero in that case.
And the polls demonstrate pretty clearly that I am not the Lone Ranger. Over the years, I have been with an increasing minority that sees a vote for a Liberal running as an R (such as Bush Sr.; etc.) as contrary to the interest of long term survival of Constitutional US governance and personal Constitutional rights and privileges.
That minority has increased in each election cycle. The polling expert for American Standard says it now constitutes well over 10 percentage points of the vote.
At that point, a Liberal Republican has no chance--we are never again going to elect a Liberal on the Republican ticket.
You listen carefully to Romney, and on issue after issue, from Global Warming and Tax on Carbon emissions; energy policy; border control policy; judicial appointments; he comes out the same as Zero. Why in the world would anyone ever want to vote for him?
