My son just called. I am the proud great grandmother of identical twin boys..born this morning..Mother and babies are healthy and all is well.

That’s one good thing about all the storms, I guess. You do look on the bright side, mean man!

I sleep like the dead when it’s raining. I once slept through a 5.0 aftershock of the Northridge earthquake and a thunderstorm. Hubby and the cats were running around like madmen, and there I was, sawing logs, peaceful as could be.
