It sounds trivial, I guess. I had really nice cookie tables for several nieces and acquaintances’ weddings. I sure as heck want a really nice one for son’s wedding. :-( I can’t believe something as stupid as freezer space is holding up the show! Inlaws have a huge chest freezer, and wouldn’t you know my brother-in-law and his wife filled up the darned thing with a side of beef a month ago. After the thing sat there half empty for several years!!!
Oh do I understand!!! We don’t have a freezer, so I took my week vacay the week before the wedding—TO BAKE—BAKING PALOOZA!!! I borrowed and labeled every flat bottom Rubbermaid container. I truly bare baking scars (on my right arm where I managed to bump hot cookie sheets repetitively).
It was nuts. I am nuts...
