Both choices are an utter mess this year.
It is, succinctly, the choice between getting terminal cancer, or taking a .40 caliber slug to the forehead.
I understand those who would choose cancer, however, I personally have the luxury of voting my conscious, since I live in Georgia -- a guaranteed Republican electoral state. Not everyone has that luxury, and I understand those who would choose the cancer.
