“The state had to know what would happen here today”

I was watching post hearings on CNN. They were tearing the prosecution for making “mistakes” on the stand that would diminish their case against GZ.

no firearms

Which does not mean that he cannot hang out with heavily-armed friends.

Jackson (Martin attorney): "This is the most unmeaningful apology we've ever seen in our entire lives."

Atty Natalie Jackson now talking. Says George Zimmerman's apology was "insulting to the family" of Trayvon Martin.
LINK

They are lucky to get an apology after their active role in this race baiting farce which has endangered the life of GZ and his family. When this case gets thrown out I wonder how many apologies GZ will get?

[[yes, and they have nothing but assumptions]]

Blatantly false assumptions at that- let htis trialc be a wake up call to america- If a state thinsk that they can further their political positions- they can and apaprently do trumpt up false charges agaisnt a person- no longer sdo we have protection agaisnt false imprisonment evidently. IF true justice were to prevail- EVERYONE invovled in bringign htese false charges agaisnt zimmerman should be locked up and lose htei priviledges to practice law because htey have hsown they are NOT willing to uphold justice!

[[
I think the guy on the stand just LIED big time by saying he had not heard that Trayvon’s father said that was NOT his son’s voice.
]]

you bet he just lied- their whole case can NOT stand unless they lie- the hwole case is a lie- the charges against george are a LIE- the claism by the left and the black comunity are LIES- t

There’s no pleasing some people.

They wanted an apology and they got a sincere one.

Now they say it was self-serving.

Good grief!!

MSNBC was interviewing an attorney named Kendall Coffee after the Zimmerman bail hearing. Coffee at one time represented the Elian Gonzalez family. What he said was not reassuring to the MSNBC lynch mob.

Coffee was saying that the prosecution really hurt themselves at this bail bond hearing. The prosecution testified under oath that no determination can be made as to who delivered the first punch or attack. This is crucial.

It was also determined that the altercation and gunshot occurred in close proximity. It went well for Zimmerman today. And I finally got to see what a white Hispanic looks like.

[[
What a MESS, eh? The state is Alice in Wonderland here. They start out with not enough evidence to arrest the guy- NOW they try to find enough evidence to convict him of 2nd degree murder. Pppffftttt...
]]

Eactly- This si a clear cut case of prosecutorial misconduct, and by all riughts, it is the prosecutors who should be on trial for falsely arresting george zimmerman in the hopes that somethign later will stick- this is nothing but a stinkign fishing expedition- with hte state hoping that somethign will crop up later that will prove bad for george- apaprently now the state has the ‘right’ to simply bring false charges and falsely arrest whomeever they like? apparnetly civilians have no protection agaisnt false imprisonment

The issue is never the real issue. the real issue is always the Revolution. Or in this case, the big-money lawsuit the Martin family will likely file against everybody in sight if Zimmerman is found guilty.

They do not want to say anything that would compromise that lawsuit.

[[Uh Oh!

Client wants to make a statement.]]

Exactly uh oh! The prosecution is goign to take htose statements and try to show george said them because he felt guilty about ‘murdering’ trayvon- they are goign to use his words as an ‘admission of guilt’ without actually admitting guilt- No wonder his original lawyers dropped him liek a hot potatoe- He isn’;t smart enough to listen to his lawyers and he mostl iekly will end up hirting his own case- but liek all arrogant folks, he feels he is ‘smarter than hte courts’ and will msotl ikely want ot take hte stand again- He apaprently htinks he can placate a woman who has LIED- who first came out and said she thought it was an accident, then turns aroudn LATER and said Nope- it was murder- This woman who also trademarke3d her son’s name to proffit off his name- George thinks he can placate her?v Then he’s dumber than I thoyught

Yes it is. Under FL's Stand Your Ground law, the defender may not be arrested or charged unless "there is probable cause that the force that was used was unlawful".

The prosecution has just admitted in court that they have no evidence that would indicate that Zimmerman was the aggressor. The prosecution's after-court staff meeting is not likely to be a happy one.
