A couple of things are certain:
DeeDee and Trayvon did not talk for 400 minutes on 2/26 the day he was shot.
DeeDee did not go to the hospital on 3/2 and 3/3 and that was NOT the reason for not attending the viewing or memorial.
DeeDee and Trayvon were not Boyfriend/Girlfriend. They were close, platonic best friends.
DeeDee was not devastated, destroyed, or an emotional wreck. She was sad that her best friend was shot. She notified others, including her cousin who is also a prolific tweeter, but did not know immediately who Trayvon was.
DeeDee did not miss school.
DeeDee did not contact anyone because there was no reason to.
Did DeeDee actually hear anything that night? Who knows. However, the mere fact that Benjamin Crump can be proven to have falsely constructed more than 80% of his press conference in order to plant false misleading misinformation in the media sure brings the entire narrative into question.

The reason the prosecutor Angela Corey didn’t go to the Grand Jury was because she would have either had to introduce DeeDee’s testimony, or avoid it completely. If she included the lies and the manipulations DeeDee would have been forced to bear witness at trial and O’Mara would be able to pull the lies out. That is why no Grand Jury was used. They wanted the media evidence of “DeeDee” to exist, but not the legal evidence,

I saw him in Court yesterday and he was so much better than the DA's office it wasn't close and the court seemed to indicate that he did not have the information they did have in the case.
Most people forget that a DA looked at the facts first and did not indict George Zimmerman
Then the Feds and the State were going to arrest him no matter what the evidence pointed to so they could say they arrested him.
One of the comments at the website says that Martin’s parents are being duped (paraphrase). Couldn’t agree more. Saps.

I disagree. I think Zimmerman will be acquitted and everyone involved in this case knows it. They are simply trying to string out the case until the political content evaporates and then they will drop charges at 11:59 PM on a Friday night.
Most likely scenario is that the investigation will be strung out into 2013 and then simply dropped. Perhaps as people are watching a hurricane come in.
The politicians who have been hyping this case have suddenly become very quiet and I think they have been told that this dog will not hunt.
What this makes obvious is that the ‘machine’ needed the racism issue, and once they thought they actually had found that rarest of species, a white ‘Jew’ killing a black ‘child’, they pounced with all four feet.
They had to be pretty desperate to take such lousy bait.

At this point I am convinced that the autopsy results will clearly show at what angle Martin was shot. It will be very clear whether Martin was standing when shot, straddling Zimmerman, the approximate distance the gun was from his abdomen, etc.
As Zimmerman’s story seems consistent and unchanging, and the known facts seem to support him, it will be very hard for a judge to even permit it going before a jury, based on the evidence.
However, every “i” must be dotted and every “t” crossed, because there is no doubt Holder and the Just Us Department are awaiting any opportunity to invoke the very questionable federal law potentially surrounding this.
At that point, evidence will be unimportant, as will any semblance of justice, as they may effectively “direct a conviction” against Zimmerman in federal court.
Yes, it is that bad and corrupt, with various federal laws written so intentionally vague that virtually anyone could be convicted of anything.
I have no doubt that Obama’s sons and daughters will riot.
Here’s the thing: These will be riots that that non-rioters will be expecting and prepared for.
And then under Florida "stand your ground" laws, any thug with any sort of weapon in hand, or committing any sort of violence, can legally be shot down in the streets. In a riot situation, if I perceive myself as being targeted by multiple hostiles, then I am under threat of death or serious injury, and may engage the threat with deadly force.
And then at the end of the day, with thousands of dead thugs, are the politicians really going to arrest thousands of middle-class citizens over it? Don't think so.
That's why I think Obama and Holder now would just like this whole thing to go away.
Agree this will simply fake away for the general public. Not so for the other thugs out there wanting revenge and not for Zimmerman and his family who have had their lives ruined forever.
Crump and everyone who worked with him on this should be disbarred and fined. Is there any way Zimmerman can go after him for any financial compensation? The blood of those beaten since because of his lies should bring on a class action suit.

No argument here, especially regarding to the MSM trickery — I posted that picture because we all know that all the pictures commonly seen are him at an earlier age and/or photoshopped. Nobody in the MSM is going to use this one.
There are a couple of passages in the article, or perhaps they are in linked articles there, that say he was suspended at least three times in one school year, that he had a screwdriver that a policeman described as a “burglary tool” in one of those episodes, etc.
One quibble: When I think of “black culture”, I don’t want to think “absentee fathers” and “lots of crime” and “everybody’s poor”; I want to think jazz and “soul food. Then there’s “thug culture” or “gang culture”, which more correctly describes this guy.

I’ve read some very informed opinion that if this case isn’t thrown out via Stand Your Ground or other pre-trial motions, any defense attorney in this situation (mob hysteria, obvious show trial, lynch-pin to Obama election campaign (yes I said lynch)) would make sure to run out the clock until after the election before a trial could begin.

Riots are merely the politicians tool used to keep one ‘segment’ of the populace blaming and attacking another ‘segment’ for their ills, rather than on the source of the problem, which is the politicians.

Rush Limbaugh often says that when it’s a question of identifying as a liberal or as identifying as something else (Hispanic in this case), it’s Liberalism First. As the goal here is to show how evil the justice system (created and run by whitey) is when it comes to justice for blacks, then it doesn’t matter as much that Zimmerman is Hispanic, or half-Hispanic, or whatever.
There was a report that Martin laid in the morgue for 3 days before his body was identified . Is that true ?(and why we all know why if true) that isn’t being brought out.

I've heard that as well. As Angela Corey said, it doesn't matter.
What matters is what he was seen doing that night, and how he chose to deal with being noticed by a neighborhood watch Captain.
His choice was violence. Dumb move, illegal move, and then compounded by trying to take Zimmerman's gun in a tug of war. All his choices that night are what makes Martin responsible for his own death.
This whole thing rises to the level of prosecutorial misconduct. I hope Angela Coery’s career is about to end. She has no business in a position of responsibility.
So far there is not one speck of evidence pointing to any kind of a crime here. The judge should toss the whole case at the pre trial.
I hope when all this is over and George Zimmerman is acquitted that he gets rich from a book and movie deal. Looks to me like he was doing what citizens should do..He was looking out for his neighbors. I have lived in a neighborhood watch area and I remember once when someone chased a suspicious car out of that neighborhood while giving the police a license no. and a location. If that chase had never happened, the police would have not caught the guy. Turns out the guy was a criminal looking for houses to rob. Neighborhood watch is all about who belongs there and who doesn't.
I listened to Trayvon's father's account of what the police told him that Zimmerman told them. I don't know how accurately he repeated what the police said, but it sounded like Travyon came up to Zimmerman twice, once when he was in his vehicle and later when Zimmerman was out of the vehicle. All Trayvon's father could say was that he thought Zimmerman was lying to the police.
What a fiasco. A flippin’ jug****. This whole thing is about greed, politics, race hustling and gun control. The big mouths doing all the whining and screaming about this case couldn’t care less about Martin. This isn’t about Martin. Somebody needs to go to jail and it isn’t Zimmerman.
Zimmerman had hopes of going to law school and becoming a judge. None of that will happen. He will still be lucky to be alive at the end of 2012. If he is acquitted or the charges are dropped, he will face endless lawsuits, especially if Obama is re-elected and either Holder or someone similar (Koh maybe) is in charge of the DOJ.

Rick Scott is not very popular now anyway. He is gutting higher education in FL. I just spent some time there. USF is a great institution with very smart Deans who are bringing national attention to their school, especially in medicine with tuition rates below the national average. Rick Scott seems oblivious to all that as he tries to chop of the head of the goose which is laying that golden egg..Stupid!
If higher education is so great, it should stand on its own footing. Not propped up. Cut it..
