Anyone employed by the US government can not have a sexual relationship with anyone under the age of 18 even if it is legal in another country. I do not have a link to that but I have read it before. Maybe someone else has it.

When he does, I would expect a call, because that would be a relief to many of us to not have on top of everything else.
